The Aubrey Boutique Hotel is beautifully situated with great restaurants and lots of nightlife close by, yet it is a calm oasis of beauty. The design of this grand home turned hotel is eclectic yet very pleasing. The beds are comfortable. The pool is wonderful. The breakfast that comes with the room, is delicious and enthusiastically served. The front desk...

Great atmosphere and service in this wonderful property located very conveniently for a trip to Santiago for business or pleasure. We had 2 short stays on the way in and out of Chile around Christmas. Breakfast and Evenings were well catered and the sunny pool is small but big enough for the small number of guest rooms. Very relaxing overall....

Thank you for taking the time to post a review of the hotel. We´re glad you had a relaxing stay with us here at the Aubrey and that you enjoyed our breakfast buffet which is freshly prepared using local ingredients from the central market and the pool which provides respite from the heat during the hot Santiago summers. A big...

Just back from an amazing 17-day trip in Chile. Our first trip ever to the country. We book-ended the trip with Santiago and hit the jackpot with The Aubrey. Staying there for even one night is the best decision you can make staying in Santiago. No matter if you are a young family or a couple, you will win with...

Your kind words for the staff are greatly appreciated, they truly enjoy what they do and it shows in the service they offer to our guests. It was lovely having you stay with us and we look forward to...

If ever a place needed 4.5 stars this would be it. Everything, except our pavilion room was OUTSTANDING. The staff was really terrific - from welcome to pool to breakfast attendant Rebecca who could have made Old Ebenezer smile. Hotel property is equally wonderful. Great location, wonderful pool and beautiful grounds. Our room however, in the new Pavilion building was...

Thank you for taking the time to post a review of your stay with us. Each of our 15 rooms have unique designs and we do have different rooms to accommodate the varying preferences of our guests, the Pavilions have a modern, contempoay open design concept where as the Loft and Terrace rooms are more traditional in their decor and...

Sooooo where does one start. As soon as you arrive into the beautifully decorated and darkened hallway (great respite from the blinding sunshine), you are welcomed by a cheerful multi lingual staff who are so keen to help, that you feel obliged to find questions - they have the answers! It's a little bit of paradise in the blazing buzz...

My wife and I stayed at the Aubrey after our cruise for 4 days. We selected the hotel based on its location and TripAdvisor rating, and we were not disappointed. There is no better place to stay in Santiago than the Bellavista neighbourhood, very eclectic, bohemian, vibrant, close to the best restaurants, etc. The hotel is right next to the...

Thank you for your lovely review. Bellavista is a neighbourhood we are very fond of exactly because of the things you just mentioned, very eclectic, bohemian, vibrant, close to the best restaurants and the beautiful Metropolitan Park and its close proximity to many of the city´s attractions. Long haul flights can be uncomfortable and many flights out of Santiago leave...

We were fortunate to have stayed at this lovely boutique hotel for five days over the New Year's holiday. We had three lovely stylish rooms of which my husband, two sons and mother-in-law occupied. The hotel itself is a beautifully restored tudor with eclectic contemporary style. The message from the lovely congenial staff was to make it feel as if...

I have very mixed feelings about this place. At first appearance, it seems like a little oasis in the middle of a congested city. The front desk staff is very friendly and the main areas seem tastefully decorated. Unfortunately, the friendly front desk staff is only semi-competent so their friendliness gets tedious. We had 2 loft rooms on the 3rd...

Dear Louise, New year eve is not an ideal time to do a tour of the wine valleys, the traffic is a nightmare with everyone driving to the coast and the wineries close early, however, we complied with your request, the tour operator tried their best however when you returned dissatisfied, we immediately spoke with the tour operator and they...

Stayed here for the last night in Santiago. Not much more to add to the other reviews of this place. Tastefully restored and decorated mansion. The building is beautiful and secure.
