We had an awesome time at Kurts house!! He is just a really nice person and makes your stay perfect! We have had the best breakfast here! Very clean and beautiful garden. Lots of privacy! Would definately recommend it!

I stayed here in February 2014. This is a relaxing hostel with many benefits. Breakfast is amazing...fresh juice, egg, feels like in a 5 star hotel and better... Also the place is a former japanese style spa converted into a hostel...so that's why it has a relaxing feel. I noticed many couples stay here as it's not a crazy hostel...

I always read reviews where people say "best hostel" or "best breakfast" and I never usually agree. We LOVED this place! It's more like a boutique hotel than a hostel. We arrived early and this wasn't a problem. Kurt was so welcoming, he offered plenty of information and useful local tips. Everyone staying there was very friendly and helpful. It's...

I was shocked to read 'this was the worst hostel in South America' they couldn't haved stayed at the same place!! I would highly recommend staying here, the owner Kurt speaks little english and we speak little spanish however, both him and others helped us to ensure all our questions were answer. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The...

Our stay here was really bad and there are many hostels in Santiago that I'm sure are much better. But in fact it is not really a hotel and more of a house because the other people staying there are living there for a semester or a year and they don't really like having people around so they didn't wanna...

We arrived here on a cold night and Cristian was nice enough to have warmed up our room. The bathroom is shared but it's good and clean. They provide you with big nice towels. The room is spacious and the bed is very confortable and warm. And there is a nice decor. It's an old building but everything is tidy...

I stayed here before and after a trip to Easter Island and although I had to leave at 5.45am for the airport, the staff were up to provide a breakfast of fresh fruit, bread, cheese, crepes and coffee. On first sight the hostel is not very inviting but once through the (secure) gates, it is like a little oasis in...

The hostel is so cozy, the rooms are big and lovely decorated. The location is app. 15 minutes from the famous quarter "Bellavista" far away. The owner Kurt and his stuff are really kind and they make you feel home. The breakfast was the best we've ever got in a hostel, and believe us we've seen a lot of them!...

This hostel is not marked from the outside and therefore it is a bit confusing when arriving at the right address. The owner does also not always hear the doorbell immediately, therefore it can be that you have to wait a few minutes after ringing.. The hostel itself is amazing. There are only private (double, twin, 3-bed) rooms, but the...

It's hard to find words to quite express how terrible our stay was at this hostal. Despite having emailed them on numerous occasions, they had no record of our reservation and had given our chosen room to someone else. So, they put us in another room.... The room was filthy, with hairs in the bed, someone else's clothes in the...
