Nice personel and good localisation. Very colorful hostel prepared to host many backpackers. We stayed in a 6ppl dorm , price 9,100 ch pesos per person. But there was no breakfast included. Bathrooms pretty okey. Awesome internet with strong wifi!

I stayed for 7 days in the PIH and it was definitely a good time. I was in the 4,6,8 and 11 bed dorms and have to say, the bigger the dorm the more comfortable it is. The common areas are nice especially on the terrace and in the bar area. The TV room is pretty chilled with its old...

The hostel has a good atmosphere and the beer is selled in a fair price. I had a good time and got to know nice people at the garden. However the bathroom is small and the location is not the best one. Also, until I had payed I was not aloud even to look inside.

We had a fantastic time staying here. The staff were friendly and helpful. Made you feel almost like you were staying in a home. Place was clean and tidy with good facilities. However the top level deserves 5 stars on it's own. Perfect view of the city making it an amazing place to relax after a long day exploring there...

Nice place, nice decoration, with a lot of small or bigger common rooms, good services (wifi could be better but ok) and clean. The breakfast is not included in dormitory, but it's cheap for what you get! One only regret : although they seems to care about the thefts (they provide big lockers), there are still some, stuffs desappear, and...

Location is cool, there is a bar and public area. The staff was the worst expirience i've had so far in Hostels in South America! You have to wait for everything, they don't care about customers and are very rude and unmotivated in general! I would NOT recommend staying there since our second histel in Santiago was much better!

Excellent breakfast (more than just light bread), nice beds, chill backyard and the staff were helpfull. Also easy to get to from the airport. We stayed only one night, but will have stayed longer if we weren't going further to Valparaíso.

Eclectic hostel on a quiet street. A bit run down, but generally clean. 50 TV channels, with 4-6 in English. Nice mix of young Euro guests. Large patio with bar and open TV room to facilitate conversation and mingling.
