You should consider opinions of your guests, which they shared earlier on internet. They were right when they said that room quality has to be enhanced, considering that the hotel is 5 stars. In our case the smart TV was not very smart as only TV worked correctly. The tub in our bathroom was OK but its faucet was unfirm. Bath accesories such as shampoo, soap and so on for two guests, were not enough. And some tiles were broken and fixed non-professionally.
Cereals were not fresh at breakfast and bread was a little burnt.
Overall, for a 5 star hotel price is much too high as several deficiencies can be detected easily. You should take more care on basic amenities.

I was relocated to this hotel due to protests in the Lastarria neighborhood in Santiago. This hotel is in the "Beverly Hills" area of Santiago, with an Hermes and a high end mall around the corner and so many good, trendy restaurants within a couple blocks. I had a large room on the eighth floor but it's directly under the rooftop bar, so if you are looking for a good nights sleep request a different floor. The rooms are large and spacious but are in need of a refresh very soon, as they are showing their age. The front desk staff isn't that friendly, even when you try to speak in Spanish as they just seem annoyed that they would have to help guests out or answer simple questions such as where to find an ATM in the neighborhood. The bell men are quite nice though.

The rooftop bar has a great pool to just relax by, have drinks and people watch on a hot afternoon or after you come back from dinner. They even have an ipad that has the menu in many different languages so you can just pick out what you want to order so there is no confusion.

I visited the spa and the staff and massage were wonderful and friendly.

The hotel is in Vitacura, a polished suburb of Santiago. We stayed here, rather than the old centre, owing to issues with protests. We thought that we might be disappointed being so far from the centre bt were actually quite pleases. First, the hotel itself is very good and our rooms (we stayed twice) were cavernous and very comfortable. Breakfast was very good - all you would expect from a good hotel plus Chilean specialities. The is also a restaurant on the lower floor with a decent menu and good service; and also a very nice rooftop terrace with a simpler menu (but the seared tuna on lentils in coconut sauce we had was excellent). There are also several bars and restaurants within strolling distance and the Bicentennial Park, which is an attractive and interesting place to walk around and a nice restaurant on its edge (the Mestizo). The porters and concierge were friendly and helpful, the reception staff a little more variable: some friendly and helpful, others a little more formal and to the point. It seems to be a popular place for wedding receptions and similar events so best to avoid that (back) end of the hotel - although the events come to an end at a reasonable time. The front corner rooms are suites and they are lovely but in the summer they can be very warm owing to their aspect and the air-conditioning can't quite cope. Obviously, if you want to spend a lot of time in the centre of Santiago it is a bit of a trek from the hotel but if you are just spending a night or two in Santiago, en route to somewhere else, this is a pretty good choice and with an easy drive to the airport. We would be perfectly happy to stay there again, subject to the preceding suburban proviso.

Everything was perfect just the breakfast a little disappointing. Excellent measures taken in relation to Covid, lovely room, comfy bed and big bath tub. I appreciate due to Covid the breakfast situation is different, we had breakfast in the room, (it arrived 20 mins late after we called to remind reception) but the quality was not what I would expect for a hotel like Noi. I would suggest a better quality fruit juice, yogurt etc. We live in Santiago and decided to treat ourselves to a ‘staycation’ at Noi in order to escape the house for a night and we had a perfect evening at the terrace restaurant and enjoyed room service (wine and cheese platter) in the room, just when the breakfast arrived we thought we want to go home and make our own.

I travel to Chile 3-4 times a year, and the NOI has been my preferred hotel for the past five or so years. Why I like it:
location, large rooms with good workspace, large windows that open, rooftop bar.
Unfortunately the quality has really declined. The property is just plain shabby. It is in dire need of a refresh. Add to that simply terrible customer service—nice people but clearly without training and supervision. Do not be fooled by the old reviews. Read the recent ones.
Not that it should matter, as they should treat everyone the same, but I was with a team of six staying for six nights. For 36 rooms, one would think they would be responsive and helpful. In fact, no.
I arrived in the heat of summer—90f—and my air conditioning did not work. The first day I reported it and asked them to fix it. They did not. The second day I asked again. They did not. It appeared as if they didn’t even try but just ignored me. The third day of my six-day stay, I asked for a new room. They said that they would have one later in the day. Since I was unable to be at the hotel all day, they told me they would move my bags to a new room. I arrived back around 11:30 pm, and they had not moved my things. When I asked to be moved, they told me the hotel was full and I had to wait until the next day. The next day I was finally moved, and the AC in my room did indeed work, BUT the room was not clean (the bathtub had clearly not been cleaned) and the drain on the shower did not drain nor did the switch from the rain shower to the handheld work.
The NOI used to have lovely products in the room. Now they are drugstore quality. They also used to have good customer service. Now the staff is nice but not at all well trained. Everything reflects a lack of investment in the hotel.
In sum, the value for cost is no longer there. This is my last stay at the NOI, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

So the special dinner was in the bar-roof restaurant, when we are in winter here! It was cold, with very loud music, food bad quality, even they brought us a used glass with alcohol... Our room had a very anoyng noise from the air, that didn´t stop... Really bad experience.

We bought one of the packages the hotel offers for couples. The package included a possible upgrade which we paid an extra amount to have. They said they did not have availability so we had a standard room but we had to pay the extra anyway. The sir conditioning in the room was so loud we couldn’t have it on in the night. The food in the restaurant was extremely average.

No explanation was given apart from 'we have a physical problem with the hotel'. What on earth is that supposed to mean? We wanted to get ready and go out to dinner. I spoke to the travel agent that booked the room and 10 minutes later we were in a room. The room had a hot tub - lovely but the cold water tap did not work so we could not use it as after dinner there wasn't enough time to let the water cool down to non scalding levels.

We stayed in a suite on the second floor overlooking a road but it was quiet and peaceful, very comfortable room. The roof top bar was a lovely place for a drink on Sunday evening (on saturday night it is clearly the place for the young wealthy of Santiago to be seen, with a live DJ and very loud music). The restaurant in the basement, but open to the elements as its has an external courtyard, was fantastic with good service and delicious food. Very peaceful and safe part of town

We got married yesterday and chose Noi to spend that special night together. I wish we hadn’t. The toilet flush didn’t work and it ran constantly, and the bathtub plug was stuck so we couldn’t let the water out. We had to call for repair service, the flush got fixed and the plug was pulled out by force using a plunger. Once in bed, there was a furrow down the center of the mattress. We thought it was the gap due to two mattreses placed together, but were shocked that it was actually a single mattress with this major bump down the middle. The bed cover wasn’t attached firmly and we woke up with half the mattress bared without cover. To their credit, the hotel did offer a discount off the price when we checked out, but frankly I would have expected a free night to make up for the bad experience, as well as a full discount or some other form of apology. Extremely disappointing, especially considering the price point. I would very actively recommend anyone considering it NOT to go to this hotel.

Two options: Call the hotel concierge a couple of days prior to your arrival or when you arrive in Santiago, take an authorized taxi to the hotel. They are right after you clear customs and get to the general area. It should be around $20-25 USD. I don't recall the cost of the service through the hotel, but the official taxis are fine. Enjoy Santiago.
