The airline lost our luggage the first day we arrived in Chile, and Victor was so nice and definitely helped us out in receiving our bag for us. He even let us use his computer to print out our tickets to a football match! We were able to communicate with him via Whats App during our stay and he always responded. He even gave us a map of the city and circled things that we could check out. His English is limited, but we didn't have a problem :)
We did have a small heater, but it the room was still chilly.
Located a short walk away from Plaza des Armas and the subway station. Great, safe location if you're coming to explore Santiago.
From the Santiago airport, we took a shuttle (or a "transfer") to the apartment for about 12,000 CHP (for 2 people).
The maids clean the room Monday through Friday, Saturday & Sunday you're on your own. They do not sweep or vacuum the floors or dust; after the first night, you need to buy your own toiletries including toilet paper.
The neighbours tend to play their music very loud till the wee hours of the morning, so if you are a light sleeper stay away from this hotel. I needed ear plugs.
I booked 2 weeks and there is no cancellation allowed after you have booked your room. You will be charged the full booking fee if you try to leave early.
Parking was free even though the website had a $10/day fee and the staff were friendly. But nobody speaks any english at all. So you must have a basic knowledge of spanish to stay here.
The one good thing is that they have wifi.
