We stayed here as a couple for 3 nights in June and it had everything we needed: a kitchen with basic supplies, fridge, balcony, living area, bedroom, TV ... the only thing it lacked was a reliable internet connection. Warning: WiFi is unreliable and cuts in and out.

The airline lost our luggage the first day we arrived in Chile, and Victor was so nice and definitely helped us out in receiving our bag for us. He even let us use his computer to print out our tickets to a football match! We were able to communicate with him via Whats App during our stay and he always responded. He even gave us a map of the city and circled things that we could check out. His English is limited, but we didn't have a problem :)

We did have a small heater, but it the room was still chilly.

Located a short walk away from Plaza des Armas and the subway station. Great, safe location if you're coming to explore Santiago.

From the Santiago airport, we took a shuttle (or a "transfer") to the apartment for about 12,000 CHP (for 2 people).

This place is an apartment complex with some rooms that are rented out by a gentleman. It is a full apartment that is in a nice location and it is fun to feel like a local. The apartment is cozy, but could use a good dusting. I used 7,000 airline miles for this place so I feel I got a super deal.

I have stayed at this hotel twice in the last 2 years. The 2nd time only because I had forgotten my first experience (I travel alot to Chile). The hotel is hard to find and if you have a rental car, be prepared for an ardurous journey of one-way streets and traffic jams to find this hotel.

The maids clean the room Monday through Friday, Saturday & Sunday you're on your own. They do not sweep or vacuum the floors or dust; after the first night, you need to buy your own toiletries including toilet paper.

The neighbours tend to play their music very loud till the wee hours of the morning, so if you are a light sleeper stay away from this hotel. I needed ear plugs.

I booked 2 weeks and there is no cancellation allowed after you have booked your room. You will be charged the full booking fee if you try to leave early.

Parking was free even though the website had a $10/day fee and the staff were friendly. But nobody speaks any english at all. So you must have a basic knowledge of spanish to stay here.

I have been surprised to read that some people found their apartment to be dirty on arrival. Ours was clean and tidy, the bedding and towels fresh. Victor , who is the manager doesn't have very good English, but he gave us a paper detailing information about cleaning and contact numbers. We knew at the outset that the apartment would not be cleaned or serviced whilst we were there for our five days. We liked the location as it was away from the hustle and bustle, but within easy walking to the centre. It was not a difficult place to find. A taxi ride to anything further afield was easy to find and affordable. Our one complaint was that the oven didn't work and there was only one pan for the hob making self-catering difficult.

No receptionist. This is an apartment building. The people who work at the front are not working for the hotel, they don't help with anything g nor do they speak English. The guy who owns Luna Suites can speak a small amount of English also. He's a nice guy but he doesn't understand how frustrating it is when you need something right away and nobody at the front desk can help you.

The one good thing is that they have wifi.

Rooms were big enough if a little outdated for the money. Kitchen was adequate. Approximately 20 minutes walk from the nightlife hub of Barrio Bellavista. The area itself has not much to offer the tourist, but a 5 minute walk will see you in the centre district. Do not walk around after 9pm. The apartments were okay.
