Juan Pablo was Amazing! He was very knowledgeable and helpful during our stay. His attention to detail and exceptional customer service created an ideal evening for us. He is a true asset to your company and should be recognized as such. As I stated in the beginning, Juan Pablo is a treasure!

This hotel was a great place to refresh after a 3 month visit to South America. The rooms were extremely comfortable and the breakfast buffet excellent! The staff were friendly and helpful and we especially enjoyed getting recommendations of places to go from Vanessa. Highly recommend when in Santiago for a couple of days.

I had a lovely stay with my family at the hotel. What made the visit so special was the hospitality. All of the staff members were very friendly and attentive. The service was truly exceptional. Martina in particular went above and beyond. The breakfast buffet was excellent. They have a wide variety of options. The rooms are comfortable, and the location is prime. Right next to the metro, and in the epicenter of the action. Plenty of bars, restaurants and shopping opportunities in the area. Costanera Center, South America’s tallest building, is a modern mall just down the street with a spectacular overlook. The new MUT (Mall Urbano Tobalaba) is a 10 minute walk and was absolutely awesome!!! A phenomenal place to pickup souvenirs and grab a bite to eat. I cannot wait to see the finished product. We look forward to coming back and staying here again.

Nice hotel. Reasonably priced by Santiago's tall standards. Near to most attractions and to the metro. Friendly staff. There is a sumptuous breakfast as well. I did not try eating dinner or lunch at the restaurant. The bathrooms are a little worn out. Other than that I did not find any issues with the hotel

I was so disappointed with this property that I didn't even take pictures! I gave it 3 stars because of the location, the doormen, bellhop and Diego. First, I booked this hotel because of the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program. It being under Marriott, I had expectations. Let's start with the structure. We were greeted warmly by the hotel doorman. The lobby was small but clean. There are 2 high tables in the side where you can sit and charge your devices. Otherwise, there are only 2 chairs at the lobby that is available for when you have other companions waiting while you do your business at the reception desk. There is a small waiting area next to the reception desk. Then the restaurant. I don't know how big the restaurant is because I didn't even access it. The 2 elevators are small, probably fits 6 people but efficient. We got a room at the end and it was reportedly a deluxe room with 2 double beds. I guess that's what I booked for. Anyways, the room smelled of an old building. The bathroom was standard. Nothing in it felt like it was a Marriott property. It's the same tier as the Courtyard but felt like a much lower category. Second, I can commend the old doormen who always has a smile on their face when they open the door for you. The old gentleman/bellhop who helped us with our luggage was also adorable and showed pride in his job. I cannot say the same of Natalia, the front desk lady who helped us check in. She was so cold and not very helpful. She was very stingy with her smile and didn't look like she wanted to be there. She didn't even acknowledge my status as a Titanium Elite member. I am not trying to be a primadonna but that is customary of ALL Marriott properties. I asked her about the area and where to get Traditional Chilean food and she was directing us to somewhere far. Come to know from our tour guide that there was one not too far from the hotel. We got more info about the area from our tour guide. Diego, the afternoon front desk person, though, was excellent. He helped us book our restaurant reservations twice as well as our transport to the restaurants and airport. Third, the amenities. The towels were worn out. We had to ask for our daily complimentary bottled water, coffee and tea, which are normally replenished when the room is cleaned. And when we asked for the coffee, the housekeeping brought only decaffeinated k-cups. When we asked if they had regular coffee, she stared at us and said they don't have regular coffee. I may sound like I'm griping but it is a Marriott property. If it was a different brand hotel, I probably would have been okay. It's literally an "expectation vs reality" experience. I would still recommend this place for the location. A lot of nice restaurants around. But definitely needs a lot of improvement within.

We stayed in this hotel for only two nights and the location was great. It is in the new section of Santiago close to many bars, restaurants, grocery stores and a nice park. The check-in staff were very nice. Our room was clean and a normal size. The beds were comfortable. In the room, ,they have provided us a bottle of wine and cheese (being a platinum member). We had an early tour in the morning so they packed each one of us a breakfast box! Natalia from front desk was very nice! The only issue we had was the shower was cold on the second morning as we were showering at 5 am.

This hotel is solid place to stay in the center of Santiago de Chile. Check-in was friendly, fast and quickly done. The room was large and furnishings were elder indeed, but still ok. I booked this Four Points for one night only and the staff was friendly enough and granted a late check-out due to my status within their loyalty program. I can’t make any judgement about the breakfast, pool or fitness facilities, as I didn’t book or use them. I would choose this hotel again.

We stayed here for a few days. Simple, but it was great. The location was perfect for us. Several restaurants and shopping options are nearby. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Room service and the little restaurant in the hotel were good. The staff was amazing! They were so helpful, especially with an itinerary change that was out of our control.

The rating of 5 reflects how pleased we were with hotel staff, especially Paula in the reception, Juan Luis in the restaurant, and the woman who kept our room neat and clean. All went far out of their way to make our trip pleasant. Our room was spacious and comfortable, despite showing its age in a couple minor ways. We liked the hotel's location -- no more than two blocks from a large selection of diverse restaurants. The area is busy with many stores and "casas de cambio" nearby. It is also close to many bus lines and the city's metro, which we found easy to use. Despite bustling activity outside, our room was quiet.

This was my first stay at this hotel. I was in Santiago for 5 days on a business trip. I was pleasantly surprised by my stay here. I always considered the Four Points brand to be a ‘budget’ hotel. But, this hotel really had everything I needed, in a good neighborhood, with a friendly and professional staff, and several very good restaurants were well within walking distance. While the overall décor/style could probably use some updating, the hotel was well maintained, clean and quiet. This was my first visit to Chile, and I was a little nervous since no-one in our group had much in terms of Spanish language skills. But, I was much more at ease when I entered the hotel with their bilingual, friendly, welcoming and helpful front desk staff. My room was rather large and had a king-size bed, a desk and desk chair, a moderately comfortable wing-back guest chair for watching tv, a hair dryer, two closets, a room safe, a small refrigerator / mini bar, iron and ironing board, luggage rack, and coffee maker. There were nightstands on each side of the bed, and one of them had an alarm clock (with a USB charging port that didn’t work). My room was on an upper floor, but there wasn’t much of a view. There wasn’t any bureau or drawer space. A bathrobe and slippers were also provided. The TV seemed to be about 55 inches in size, and had a broad range of channels, but few offerings in English. The free wifi was reliable and fast. The bathroom had a large stall shower, and toilet. The shower had a wall mounted hand-held shower head. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were in bottles mounted to the wall. The single sink, counter, and mirror were just external to the bathroom itself. My wife particularly liked the verbena-scented hotel provided bottles of skin lotion My coworkers and I took advantage of the breakfast buffet every day. The offerings included fruits, baked goods, yogurts, pastries, meats, cheeses, and a station where eggs were prepared to your request. The staff at the breakfast buffet were particularly friendly and helpful. We also went into the restaurant once for afternoon drinks. The restaurant’s staff’s English skills was sometimes limited, but it was sufficient for the needs. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I found the staff to be professional, friendly and helpful in answering questions, recommending nearby restaurants, etc. The employees at the breakfast buffet always greeted me with a smile, and were always cheerful.
