Truly loved the area and spirit of this hotel. Staff was truly warm and the concierge (Juan) went out of his way to find us everything we asked for...spending a lot of time on the phone to get all the latest information on the green bike evening tours and then lots of information about the Metro which is less than...

I read the reviews here before booking this hotel and agree with the positive comments. The staff was friendly, very accomodating, and most spoke English. The hotel was quite on Sunday and Monday nights. However, there is a strip of clubs very near the hotel, which might create noise during a weekend or party nite. The hotel was just about...

We arrived at the Sheraton 4 points for a one night stay berfore our return flight to the US. They were great about organizing transfers, wonderful storing our luggage....but when we arrived at 4 p.m. they didn't have a room for us. We waited for over an hour (with our young daughter) , the front desk was clearly avoiding our...

If You are a tourist that wants to be in a great localization (just 2 blocks to Los Leones subway station) in great Providencia (the best region to a tourist, near to nice restaurants, bars and just 5 minuts to downtown using subway) that wants to meet the Santiago's region during the day and come back to a big, cozy...

We were traveling through Santiago to get to Easter Island and the Chilean coast. We stayed at the four points for 2 nights total, but only overnight each time. Rooms are spacious and clean, and location is good. We were happy we stayed here over the Sheraton/Cristoball for our purpose as we wouldn't have time to make use of their...

My wife and i recently spent 18 nights in this hotel. We chose this hotel as we are members of Starwood Preferred Hotels. It was well located and had good attentive staff who spoke good english. The hotel itself needs to be updated and probably needs to be renovated. We were located on the 7th floor which backed onto a...

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed. Good room with a great view. Amazing breakfast for all sorts of taste. The concierge were always helpful, giving us tips about restaurants, sightseeing's and even about our safety. We would definitely stay there again.

Was there for three nights,. The hotel staff speak English and are very helpful. During high season expect a few minutes waiting time to get checked in. Complimentary drinks are available to while away the waiting time. The rooms are clean, the bed is huge and you get a good view of the Cordilleras from the wide windows, from n or...

The hotel was very nice. The staff at the desk were very helpful, they spoke english which is a big plus for us. They helped us book a tour to a dinner show, which went off without a hitch. The room was big, clean, well maintained. We had a corner room with a bit of a view, during the day...
