This hotel is tired and not as clean as it should be. The public areas have been redone and are comfortable. The rooms are standard fare and then tired and dirty. And they charge you for wi-fi in your room. Felt like being nickle and dimed. Breakfast was good and friendly wait staff. Workout space an after thought...subpar.

While I have never been disappointed in the quality of service at a Ritz-Carlton, this particular hotel exceeded expectations. The rooms were extremely comfortable and the upgrade to the concierge level was well worth the price. I enjoyed having wine and snacks and the option for chocolate and cordials after dinner. The concierge was extremely helpful with recommendations considering it... More

I think first of all is the atmosphere of this place that makes you feel it is not just another hotel. The room was absolutely huge and the marble bathroom an absolute pleasure. The breakfast was served in a great area with opulent ambiance. The a la carte choices were really good and cooked to perfection. The location is very... More

We were treated with excellent service at every turn during our stay. Michael was so very accommodating on the club lounge, he made sure we were well taken care of and were comfortable. We had a positive experience with all staff and felt very "spoiled." The service and accommodations were top class. We could not ask for a better hotel... More

The Ritz is definitely one of the best hotels in Santiago. It has impeccable service and food. It's also in a great area and the hotel has wonderful views of Santiago. Be sure to check out the rooftop pool and spa area.

Close to El Golf subway, this hotel is definitely 5 star in terms of location and service. On return from a run, the hotel provided towels, apples and cold water. The rooms are spacious, clean and a very comfortable bed. Choice at breakfast was reasonable.

This is a gem!! Not only is this a beautiful property, but the staff is personable, welcoming and very efficient. Comfortable and pleasingly decorated rooms are great after a long flight. The food is delicious and especially breakfast. Great neighborhood for a walk after a long flight.

The Ritz Carlton is a wonderful place to escape the hustle and bustle of Santiago. It is everything you would expect from a Ritz Carlton - excellent service; comfortable & pleasantly decorated rooms; welcoming public areas and a delicious breakfast. We would stay again.
