Just left the Ritz Santiago after a 4 night stay in a Junior Suite with Club Level access. Rooms were very nice and staff were fantastic. The Club Level team is what really made the stay awesome! Natasha, Marco, Matias, Fran and Camila are outstanding and made my visit wonderful. They helped me make tour arrangements and maximize my time...

This was one of the nicest Ritz Carlton's I've ever stayed in. The service was spot on, the room immaculate, and the food was very good. The United States ritzs' have a lot to learn!!! The staff in Santiago were more than polite, they were helpful, and very gracious with my efforts to speak Spanish. To top it all off,...

The pool alone is worth buying a suit if you forgot one. Service is top notch. After spraining my ankle the day before leaving for Santiago, the bellman made a special trip to the kitchen to get an icepak at 12:30 am! I just wish I could remember his name to give recognition. Great location, outstanding service. Breakfast had significant...

The hotel is great, good rooms, good staff, very helpfull, everything I asked they did their best. I booked severall rooms ( group ) for my daughter`s wedding. As a hotel it was fantastic, but for the wedding party we had a lot of problems. The main was that for the day of the wedding they had also booked a...

Beautiful, stylish hotel with huge common parts. Constanza in Reception particularly helpful and friendly but all the staff are great and make one feel very welcome in a genuine way. Our rooom overlooked a building site so our request to move was dealt with immediately up to the front on the 11th floor which was lovely. Spacios, clean and very...

From the moment you arrive you can sense the class but in no way is the hotel pretentious. The welcome is relaxed and engaging. The rooms are beautifully appointed, the king sized bed just sumptuous, and everything works. The staff are brilliant and could not do more to help. Breakfast too is exceptional with a wide choice of everything you...

Good location, very clean. Short cab/ Uber ride to restaurants and museums with many restaurants within walking distance. Every concierge on the concierge's floor was extremely helpful and friendly. We would stay on that floor again, everything we needed or wanted was right there. The hotel arranged for an English speaking driver to drive us to Valpraiso and Luna del...

Second visit to Santiago and first stay at the Ritz Carlton Santiago. The RC is well located and has easy access to all the modern areas and restaurant, shopping etc. We utilised the hotel for small conference and the service teams performed wonderfully and fully aligned themselves to our needs for a successful event. Food and Beverage also highlighting the...

Very nice accommodations, very attentive staff, great breakfast and dining experience. We stopped on the way to, and upon return from, Portillo. They managed many groups transferring to vans very nicely. I would stay there again without reservation. The sommelier guided us through a bunch of Chilean wines, which we enjoyed very much.

Tired of being "on guard" against petty thieves, bad service, bad cappuccinos and bad sidewalks? Then look no further than the Ritz Carlton. While visiting Santiago, my mother and I stayed at another hotel across the street from the Ritz Carlton. We walked the same streets, visited the same coffee shops, dodged the same traffic and the same people that...
