From the moment we entered the lobby and were warmly greeted by the costumed doorman and desk clerk to the day of departure we received excellent service, assistance in choosing restaurants, tours, etc. and were even provided facilities to shower and change after touring prior to our flight home. The lovely suite and marbled bathroom were a bonus.

The hotel is a bit tired, with chipped tiles in the bathroom, bath with shower over it and the room is also in need of a makeover. But the friendly staff, great buffet breakfast, location and beautiful view of the Andes make up for it. There is a small covered swimming pool at the top of the building and just...

Outstanding location - in up-scale area of town. Revolving roof-top restaurant right around the corner. Service and staff lukewarm at best. Quaint architecture and decor, but small rooms. Actually, smallest rooms of our 23 day tour.

Park Plaza is a charming English Hotel in a beautiful treed safe neighborhood not too far from the central area with over the top hot breakfast buffet. Although the pool was small and chilly, the glassed top floor had great views. Our room was average but very comfortable. Roberto our doorman gave us many tips to get around Santiago. We...

Its tough because I don't have anything terrible to say, but I don't have anything great to say either. The room was clean and the staff very friendly. I loved the view from the roof top pool, great place to read a book it was very quiet. Also the metro is right down the block it is very easy to...

I arrived very late with drained energy and wishing some quality comfort. Booked a business package including airport transfers, wireless internet access and other bits like newspapers. At the check in I was treated with great politeness and was offered a free welcome drink and a relaxation massage. Also they confirmed my next day transfer time. At the room I...

Rooms: We had a beautifully appointed suite with a separate living room, bedroom, spacious bath and walk in closet. It was great except that the sofa in the living room was not a pull out and we were traveling with our teenage daughter. They did provide a cot though but we had booked the suite thinking it was a pull...

I chose this hotel after reading good reviews on different sites. So I was quite shocked to discover that it was nothing as expected. Friendly staff, not for me as I could not get a smile or friendly face saying hi or thank you. I was thrown my MasterCard back at me upon checkout. When I ordered food from the...

Went to Santiago for a short weekend with my wife, celebrating our anniversary. We chose the Santiago Park Plaza due to its location and its tailored package for a romantic getaway. We were welcomed with an upgraded room, rose petals and a small bottle of champagne. This really got us in the good mood for, and we had an enjoyable...
