3 nights spent in Santiago at the Sheraton : hotel is clean and well located, pool area is beautiful, but my experience was poor. I believe what happened was not consistent with the positioning of the hotel : I arrived late, and after 10 mins waiting for check in, I got my keys. Unfortunately the room was already occupied with...

I expected the Sheraton and SPG service and standards but I have to say I am beyond disappointed., The rooms are small (which I didn't mind too much) and they have the kind of suspicious stains you would expect on a back road motel, not a Sheraton hotel. The restaurant is good if you there to have dinner, but expect...

On our arrival at the Sheraton hotel Santiago we were kept waiting in a queue for up to two hours. The desk staff were overwhelmed and computers were slow and non functional. Our arrival was pre booked - our informations and keys should have been ready and handed to us in a quick and organised fashion. As it happened nothing...

Front desk staff is great but has some problems with English as a 2nd language and is often over worked. Concierge sometimes helpful, other times not so much. Stayed because booked by my cruise company before Antarctic cruise via Punta Arenas. Comfortable bed and pillows. Plumbing issues were resolved promptly. Some English language news channels on large screen TV. Coffee...

I paid top dollar for a worry-free end to my one week visit to Chile. The ratings were good, the SPG treatment seemed ok, and the area was nice. Big mistake. I asked Naira for a tower suite upgrade and early check-in ........standard treatment for Plat guests. She did not reply? So I delayed my arrival to 3 pm, and...

As a Platinum SPG member we value your business and appreciate it. Your preferences requested a de-feathered suite at the Sheraton and that is what we delivered. I understand you requested an additional upgrading to the San Cristobal Tower, requests that we normally do when fully booked, but unfortunately there was no suites available at this property to comply with...

We spent three nights there prior to a trip to Antarctica TV didn't work most of the time. (I had to unplug it to get the advertisement site off. No kleenex tissue in the bathroom. No coffee in the room. Group's departure was to have a continental breakfast buffet. Again, no coffee. Reservations were not properly made. It took an...

We have just returned from an absolutely excellent Holland and America cruise from Buenos Aires to Santiago around Cape Horn. We opted to stay a couple of nights in Santiago and HAL arranged accommodation at the Sheraton Santiago. We have been to several Sheraton Hotels (including a six day pre cruise stay in Buenos Aires at the Sheraton Libertador where...

I would just avoid this property altogether. Go spend your money in other properties where they will appreciate your business instead of making you feel strangely uncomfortable. Much nicer hotels to choose from in Santiago.

As many previous reviewers have, we stayed here pre and post an Hurtigruten Antarctica cruise. Also as some previous reviews say the service in the hotel really is not up to Sheraton standard. Plus points are the 2 rooms I occupied were well equipped and comfortable. Bed was huge and comfortable. Cases were delivered to and collected from rooms efficiently....

All feedback both positive and negative are always welcome and we do take them seriously. As leader of the Management team, I always prefer to address problems with our guests while staying with us, It is very difficult to react post stay and despite reinforcing service standards with the team, we might fail on delivering high standards at times, not...

The staff was terrific and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. While they spoke English very well they appreciated my efforts (more enthusiastic than accurate) to speak Spanish. The room was upscale and the amenities were excellent. Location was well distant from city central and many of the tourist attractions. The main restaurant onsite was good...
