I stayed here 7 days total over 3 bookings as I was in and out of Santiago for flights to Rapa Nui, the Atacama and Torres del Paine NP. Each stay was great. Why? Well, first, unlike the original place that I booked when I arrived in Santiago who flat out lied about the quality of their wifi (it barely worked even at their front desk!), this place has wifi that actually works which they proved after I had to call over to them and confirm that it did before I had to get a taxi over. Once there, even though I had only booked 1 hour before, I got upgraded to a huge room for my first 2 nights w/a mini fridge (all rooms have them). All staff was helpful-all of them spoke good English which was helpful as my Spanish is marginal. The breakfast was pretty good overall-lots of options and they had amazing pastries and cakes. Further, as the hotel is set way back there was no street noise. The location is actually great as well-highly convenient-right next to a supermarket and a few restaurants, close to the metro, about a 15 min. walk to Plaza de Armas. The kicker (and why I kept rebooking it after my first stay) is that it is about a 5 min. walk to the end of the line for the "Centro Aeropuerto" bus line direct to the airport-each way I paid about $2 US to get back and forth to the airport 5 different times in about 30-45 mins. I save a ton of taxi money. Understand that this is not a super modern hotel in an upscale neighborhood like BellaVista but all the amenities were there and overall, the rooms are quite spacious and well designed. In short this was the perfect place for me to get around Santiago and to/from the airport. And the price, when including the breakfast, is a great deal overall. So glad my first hotel didn't end up working out in the end.

This place is nothing like it is advertised. It is in a terrible state, grafiti out the front, just horrible and doesn't feel safe. Breakfast basic good tasting tomatoes. Beds hard, and we are definitely not going out after dark. All men in the dining room except for me, maybe a place that men stay for work??

Decent hotel in the business district. Not a lot of places open at night nearby. Close to the presidential palace and sparse shopping nearby. Subway station within easy walking distance. The pool was not heated and way too cold to use. Ok breakfast buffet.

We stayed here for one night before our flight the next morning. We got to the hotel late around 10.00pm. The staff who greeted us were friendly and informed us that the restaurant was going to close soon if we wanted anything to eat we should go in now. Food was really food, The tomato soup and Gnocchi were excellent. Our room was large, 2 double beds and nice and warm. Bathroom and showers also fine. Room had a fridge. Wi-Fi ok in the room. However the pillows were hard and big and we could not sleep well. We stayed here as it was close to the airport.

The hotel is at a very good location about 25 minutes' drive from the international airport. It is just by the road and easily accessible. There is a bus stop just outside the hotel. It is suitable for those who wish to move round to see other parts of the city and at any hour of the day. I arrived at the hotel after midnight. The staff were very friendly and attentive. I stayed on the second floor and the room was neat. But there was no complimentary snack in the room. Breakfast was very good.

We stayed at this hotel for one night. We arrived ver late and we met by staff. The chrck in wasn't that fast as paper work had to be filled in which took about 20 minutes. The hotel room was ok nothing fancy had all the usual amenities. Breakfast was adequate again nothing out of the ordinary. We stayed here because of the proximity to the airport.

Excellent location, excellent service by staff, pretty good breakfast. Room decor, however is tired. For North Americans, it's similar to a 2.5 to 3-star Quality Inn. Not all plugs worked, room size a bit cramped. Wifi was awful and hardwired PCs in business centre (lobby) wasn't any better. No printer in business centre. OK for a 1-2-night stay. Note for business travellers: no iron or ironing board; you have to pay housekeeping for service.

This hotel is in a good location to visit the areas around, close within walking distance. It's an older hotel with new foyer. The rooms are ok and lighting is poor. The breakfast was included and was filling but not a big assortment to choose from. Pool area was nice but pool is small . Staff was nice. Street noise was a bit annoying.

The hotel has a convenient location if you are going for sightseeing in Santiago, only 2 minutes from the presidents residence. The rooms are fine, and the hotel is not too expensive. The staff in the recepcion area was really nice and helpful and the recepcion area itself is really nice. The pool area is dull and dark, situated in an atrium, so not really very welcoming. The breakfastroom is fine enough, but the super breakfast that was promised us is really nothing more than what to expect (we stayed for 3 nights). The cleaning in the dining room used for breakfast was not good, and the staff worked slow when we asked for food or other things that were missing from the buffet. The breakfastroom could have been upgraded with very little effort or cost. There is no security gard at the front door at night (except the receptionist that are siuated some distance from the main door to the street).
