Located in quite area, in a side street. Nothing in the surrounding streets (no supermarket, convince store, no where to buy some water or fruit). Close to a big mall. Be aware: they charge a lot for any item at the mini bar or on the table. I took water from the bottle on the table, not the mini bar,... More

This hotel is near two metro stations which are 4-5 stations away from the center of Santiago and it's located in front of a really nice mall called Costanera. Despite that, workers there are all sympathetic, trying to do all their best to make you feel at home, breakfast has a lot of tasty options and the room is really... More

Have been staying here for some years on my travels to Santiago, close to costanera mall, Hard Rock Cafe. And some other nice walking distance restaurants. Cerro San Cristóbal is a nice for hiking on weekends. Hotel is a bit old, more than 40 years old and it was made of several old houses, some rooms are a bit small... More

Good hotel, located very near to the Costanera Center. Silent place, good sleep 5-7 mins walk across the river to the Main Providencia centre for food, shopping Hotel staff is extremely courteous, helpful and speak English. For ironing, you can ask for iron and ironing board for free. Wifi is good but sometime is patchy Free buffet breakfast with good... More

I've stayed three times so far at Los Españoles - in part because I love the neighborhood, in part because I love the hotel, which I have recommended to friends. A large buffet breakfast with excellent fruit and pastry is included in the price, and most of the rooms are enormous. I've stayed here with my teenaged daughter, and had... More

Considering the price relative to other hotels in the area, this is a good hotel. It is quiet and comfortable with great service from all the staff. The front desk is quite capable in English, which was very helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The room that we were in had large windows with plenty of sunshine. The air... More

A small hotel, nestled in a residential area, but a stroll to the modern shopping centre. The hotel decor is warm, the rooms modest but comfortable, perhaps needing a touchup here and there. The staff are outstanding, welcoming and helpful. Hope to return.

I was in town for businesses and stayed here because the Hilton where I usually stay is so far away from any good restaurant. Rooms are ok, and not bad, it's a bit noisy during the week but nothing too bad. Breakfast is included but is not that great, only some bread, cereal, it sort of a Continental breakfast. Good... I travel a lot internationall, and in its category, this hotel is exceptional for the quality of the property and the impeccable courtesy and attention of the staff. The location is charming, just a few blocks from major commercial activity, but quiet and safe.

Our Stay at this Best Western was a memorable experience.Within walking distance to a good shopping area but far enough away and tucked into a quite residential neighbourhood ... cozy and safe surroundings. English was not a problem here and the food was exceptional ... A nice hot breakfast and good hot coffee welcomed us to start our day.
