Dear Marcelo Thank for your opinion about our Hotel, unfurtunately some days ago we have problem with a wi-fi signal. Actually, after replace some equipment a reset other have a good and stable signal of wi-fi. Cordially invited for your next visit to Santiago

No there is no elevator in the hotel. There are some rooms on the first floor so no stairs are required. The main restaurant is downstairs but there is a bar area on the main floor where they are happy to serve meals if... More
