I was in town for businesses and stayed here because the Hilton where I usually stay is so far away from any good restaurant. Rooms are ok, and not bad, it's a bit noisy during the week but nothing too bad. Breakfast is included but is not that great, only some bread, cereal, it sort of a Continental breakfast. Good...

I travel a lot internationall, and in its category, this hotel is exceptional for the quality of the property and the impeccable courtesy and attention of the staff. The location is charming, just a few blocks from major commercial activity, but quiet and safe.

Our Stay at this Best Western was a memorable experience.Within walking distance to a good shopping area but far enough away and tucked into a quite residential neighbourhood ... cozy and safe surroundings. English was not a problem here and the food was exceptional ... A nice hot breakfast and good hot coffee welcomed us to start our day.

I like it very much. It is not fancy.. It is just..... Normal. Regular people, old employed and with true attention. No make up, just reality and a good place to stay. Close to everything, just cross the river. Nice breakfast, so, it is my choice a lot of times in santiago.

Beware that this hotel charge you for early check-in (and it's not cheap). Unfortunately, my room's window faced other houses in close proximity to the hotel, and so my room is always visible to strangers unless I close the curtains. I could also hear their noises if I open the window for some fresh air. Other than that my room...

I give this hotel an unqualified 5 stars. I had two rooms; a smaller one when I arrived and a larger when I departed Santiago. Both rooms were clean, comfortable and well appointed. Staff was helpful and courteous. Breakfast was ample and fresh. Best of all it was reasonably priced and has air conditioning. Located in Provedencia - a leafy...

Perfectly located un front if costanera center mall (biggest one in Santiago). Staff are mostly friendly. Rooms are large enough but a bit noisy as there is a lot of traffic there. There is a small swimming pool that i didn't try. Breakfast could be better.

We stay for 4 days and wish we could stay for longer. Small hotel, clean, friendly and well located, walking distance to the biggest shopping mall in Santiago; the Costanera Shopping Centre. I'll be back mid next year Rino & Clara

I was on a business trip to Chile and stayed in this hotel for a week. Its not modern and its not big either. But its located in a beautiful single house living quarter with lots of green and very little noise. I didnt really get the "hotel-feeling", since its such a small house, and also because the staff is...

Breakfast was OK (Continental) and hotel is well situated near Costanera center. i highly recommend this hotel for business people that visit Chile for the 1st time.
