Everything at this hotel is 1st rate. Rooms are modern and comfortable. Staff was extremely helpful and professional. Perhaps the best breakfast I’ve ever had in any hotel. Ate dinner as well and it was delicious. Location was perfect for my situation and I’ve already booked a room for a return visit

Location: excellent, super safe, with many offices and people at all times. By taxi it is 3 minutes from the shopping park arauco for 3 dollars and 7 minutes from the coastal sky for 6 dollars. The arauco park can be walked perfectly, it is 10 or 15 minutes. Staff attention: super super friendly, everyone is to help. The hotel itself is very good, we stayed in a deluxe room and is super spacious, with plenty of space for everything and view of the mountain range. They also gave us vouchers to go to lunch or dinner every day to Fattoria restaurant which is on the ground floor and is great. Fattoria has a starter menu / ppal / dessert q every day varies and is exquisite. The restaurant staff is magnificent, Francisco Diaz a phenomenal and always attentive. I highly recommend the hotel, if I return to santiago I would return to this hotel

Spacious apartments with excellent infrastructure. The service is excellent in all areas. Check-in was done very quickly (and this is a big advantage when guests arrive tired from traveling). Check-out is equally quick.
Cleaning is done quickly and very efficiently.
The breakfast is great, with several options and frequent replacement of items (even when the service is close to ending).
The hotel restaurant is an excellent option, with a good menu, good prices and very fast and polite service.
Excellent space for taxis and transfers, facilitating boarding and disembarking, as well as placing or removing luggage.
I just leave one suggestion for improvement: the rooms could be a little brighter, but nothing that would constitute an inconvenience.

The hotel is well located, adequate facilities, good sized rooms, good bed. And that's it. There are no bathrobes and slippers in the rooms; in the bathroom liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner of dubious quality, in large bottles, held together by clips. No moisturizing cream, cotton swabs, cleaning cotton… no delicacies! The shower was good. We didn't get to try the restaurant. Regular breakfast.

The room was unexpectedly huge. Even though we were on a very busy street in metropolitan Santiago our room was extremely quiet with an excellent view of the city and Andes mountains. The lighting system was superb. The breakfast was the best we have ever had at a hotel—amazing assortment of fresh fruit which was constantly replenished and a huge assortment pastries. The hot foods were perfectly hot—no dried out or chewy. The fresh juices wonderful— from raspberry juice and custard apple juice. All the staff that we met were very helpful and pleasant.

This is when you wished you would have spent the time to do a little more homework than TA reviews…
Pros: responsive and pleasant customer service, tasty lunch in the restaurant (the chicken stew, black bean stew and ceviche were delicious). Also, The sauna was very warm and cold water was provided when I rented the sauna for $10. The room was large and nice.
Opportunities…the worst- at 2:30am, the lighting above our bed turned on and it could not be shut off. It took maintenance 15 minutes to determine how to shut down the whole system until the morning. It was especially painful later to have the hotel charge us $2 for a cup of coffee in the room, for the nicest room in the hotel when we were inconvenienced in the middle of the night. ???
The gym had a lot of useful equipment but it is no spa or gym really. It’s a small room with rusty weights. The team was very friendly but the gym is unacceptable for a hotel deemed 5 star????!!!! Massages were done by nice people and they were value priced for sure, but it was more like a body rub on a hard table with a rough towel to cover you.
And finally, not the hotels fault assuredly, but if you are looking for a charming area to stay and visit in Santiago, to walk to cafes or shops, this is not it.

An outstanding hotel on many levels: professionalism of staff, location, cleanliness, comfort, features, restaurant, price.
My wife and I traveled to Santiago recently and deplaned around 7am. I knew that hotels are often unprepared for their guests until mid-afternoon. Therefore, I booked an extra night the night of our flight and we were able to check in immediately upon arrival. I should also mention that doing so did not break the budget. We found the RP to be a very reasonably priced hotel.
By the way, we hired a private driver to shuttle us from the airport to our hotel and this worked out beautifully. His name is Christian Herrera and we would highly recommend him as a private driver and tour guide.
Check in was smooth and easy. The front desk manager spoke excellent English and a porter delivered our bags in short order. Our room was large with a beautiful, expansive view of the city and surrounding mountains. There was a couch, a large desk, a refrigerator with a fully stocked bar, a room safe and a very comfortable bed. We were on the 11th floor, so things were quiet and noise from outside was minimal. Breakfast was included and it was excellent. We ate in the restaurant for dinner that evening and it was also excellent. We were a bit worried that being of Spanish tradition, the restaurant would not open until 8pm, but it opens at 6.
The location was excellent for us because we always take the metro whenever a city has one. In the case of Regal Pacific, the metro is literally across the street within 100 meters. Very convenient.
Bottom line, I would highly recommend the RP for a place to stay in Santiago and will stay here again if our travels return us to Santiago.

Excellent hotel, we have been many times and it gets better every day. From the moment they greet us at the door, at the reception or in the dining room, everyone is very attentive and pleasant. The Chef is always present with a very good Restorant where I take the opportunity to invite my eight grandchildren as well as other married couples who are friends. In addition, the manager is attentive to the entire operation, concerned with the smallest details. A few days ago when we arrived there was an important event where the dining room was full, there was no room, but Marco Antonio Saez made us wait outside, he sent us each a pisco sour until he seated us at a table. The bad: Nothing bad

First time in Santiago this was a very comfortable hotel with big rooms and comfortable beds and the most extensive breakfast selection we had met in 6 weeks of travel. Everything you could want and more.
Particularly noticed that the staff teams worked well and were considerate of each other as well as being attentive to guests.
The one thing that was less helpful they can do nothing about in that the hotel is not near to anywhere useful for sightseeing. However taxi are not expensive or if confident you can use the nearby metro.
Would be nicer if rooms were less 'beige' in decor, but that is personal preference. Liked the stained the glass in the lift and what we dubbed 'the mouse orchestra' who serenaded us up and down with a wide repertoire.
Reception staff very helpful - a credit to the hotel.
Real mix of clientele from people joining cruises to businessmen.
Good air-conditioning, always seemed perfect temperature and very quiet.

It is a hotel only for passing through, the services such as the pool and gym are too small and not very functional (infrastructure, equipment and maintenance). Furthermore, there is little concern on the part of the staff about these services (one day it happened to me that there was no water in the gym, the next day there were no glasses, there were no swimming caps in the pool and the towels were in very poor condition).
In my opinion, the food and attention of the restaurant staff was good (not 5 stars, but good).
It is not a hotel with 5-star service and equipment, perhaps due to the price I would recommend quoting other alternatives or even paying a little more elsewhere to enjoy the experience more in terms of facilities and service (in the same sector there are many alternatives).
