The desk staff at this hotel were very helpful upon arrival and upon check-out. Eduardo Rincon was on the desk when I arrived by an arranged taxi which I was uncertain had brought me to the right hotel. I had been told it had a different name so I was disconcerted to find myself at this hotel late at night...

We stayed here for a total of 6 nights over 4 individual visits during a 3 week tour of Chile. Staff were charming, rooms were well presented & restaurant was excellent - they were able to handle dietary challenges without a problem. They are tea/coffee making facilities in the room as well as "free-pour" available in the lobby which was...

We had a very comfortable night at the Hotel Bonaparte. The room and bathroom were very clean, the toiletries were good quality, the bed was really cosy, and the area very quiet. We also had a fridge, kettle and coffee/tea in the room which are always appreciated. We liked the little pool in the garden behind the hotel (although is...

Our vacation was changed due to lost luggage but the Bonaparte sure helped make up for everything. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful to some frustrated travelers. The room was modern, clean and very well appointed. It was a pleasure to stay there and we would certainly recommend it to anyone staying in Santiago.

Stayed here for a week on business. It's a clean hotel without frills. Breakfast is okay and wifi good. Staff are friendly and keen to help. Nothing to rave about but all very adequate. Ask for a room at the back if you don't want to be woken up at 4am by people going to the airport for the early...

I stayed at this hotel twice in 10 days. The first night I checked in about 11:30 pm. My room was spacious and nice but the electricity kept going off in the room and I was unable to use my CPAP machine. After trying twice to fix it, they moved me into an upgraded room at 12:30 am. This was...

This hotel is terrific! The rooms were a nice size and very comfortable, the restaurant was good, the location was nice, and the service was outstanding! The front desk was very helpful. We arrived at 9AM and check in wasn't until 3 PM. There was coffee, tea, and cookies available in the lobby. They held our luggage and gave us...

In a peaceful location, but a bit far from restaurants, banks etc if you want to pop out to them. We had a comfortable room at the back of the hotel. The restaurant food was very good, but don't expect to eat in the café at the weekend - they appeared only to have whatever was left from feeding office...
