Excellent location, friendly staff, standard Ibis accommodation. It has everything one would ask for while on a trip to Santiago. Very cost effective. Good breakfast. Working Wi-Fi, free basement parking. No doubt will stay there again.

I strongly recommend this hotel: excellent location, close to the subway and kind staff. Good cost-benefit. Rooms are confortable and simple. Good breakfast. Overall, the kindness of all employees has ben the differential, in my opinion.

This is one hotel where the room size is tiny, no cupboard to hang one's clothes, and where one is expected to buy mineral water from the corner's supermarket (because there is no coffee machine or water boiler in the room). But it scored big on breakfast. Savoury croissants, wonderfully done scrambled eggs, warm milk, chocolate powder at your disposal,...

I have no complaints. Breakfast was plentiful and staff was nice. Nothing fancy or superior but everything I needed other than a face cloth. Breakfast was plentiful and had enough choices to start my day.

This hotel is well placed, being very close to the Manuel Montt metro stop, so it is very easy to get around town. It is also right by the Parque Forestal, which is a great place to go for a walk or a run. The room itself was fairly large and clean, and is well stocked for bathroom supplies. The...

Best location, only three minutes to Metro station. Many bars in the neighborhood. The breakfast was very good. Fábio stands out in the breakfast, because he is brazilian and helps all guests brazilian. Fabrício and Maite helped me immediately when I needed. Congratulations to all staff.

The room is very small to 2 single beds and 2 people. Room, bath and cafeteria not clean. Delay on all services, big lines, employees not worried with the customers Cafeteria without replacement of food.

I stayed 4 nights at Ibis Providencia in early May / 16 and the experience could not have been more positive. The service was very good, especially for breakfast. Fábio Souza works in the restaurant and gives everyone confidence and host, always with smile and impeccable service.

Safe, clean, best location - not at downtown, but not far away - 3 mins to Metro station, 20 mins walk to Santa Lucia, 15 minutes to Providencia center. Good air condition is also important in winter or when you get acute bronchitis like me :) but still, breakfast is cheap and too simple, exchange rate is low :)
