Another "home away from home" for us on our trips to South America. Unpretentious, but lovely, clean, convenient and with very friendly service. One of the managers Margarita is particularly friendly and helpful and speaks English and French. The family room for 5 is good value. The breakfast is really nice and copious we will be back!

We returned to Santiago just for the day and decided to revisit the Manual Montt neighborhood. We stopped by the Chilhotel and the manager was still there from our previous stay about two years ago. She was still very gracious, showed us our old room and then directed us to a large nice shopping center nearby. It was like we...

We loved the place. Conveniently located to Metro, shopping and restaurants. Staff was very friendly. An early review said wifi wasn't great in rooms, but that was not our experience. Wifi signal was strong.

We visited the Chilhotel, searching for a place to stay for a week. Mercedes showed us a nice room and we decided to book it. This was an excellent decision! The room had a comfortable double bed, desk, refrig, and en suite bathroom. The staff are amazingly helpful and friendly! After a day or two, we began to feel like...

I arrived early at 7am but surprisingly no one was present at the reception desk. The main door was locked and I rang the bell several times without anyone let me in. After waiting outside the hotel for about 15 mins, a man who only speaks Spanish did the check-in process which took quite a long time about 15-20 mins....

We spent 6 nights at Chilhotel. Our family of 5 was able to get two adjacent rooms connected by a shared hallway. It was a great setup for our group. The location was excellent in terms of access to public transportation, landmarks in Santiago, shopping, and restaurants. The hosts were helpful and willing to accommodate our requests for early breakfasts...

We stayed at the Chilhotel for one night in December 2015. The hotel is located 2 mins walk from Manuel Montt tube station so every where in the city is easily accessible. We used the hotel as a overnight stop on our way to Valporaso and didn't require anything fancy but did want a clean comfortable but functional hotel that...

We stayed in the double room with a little balcony. The location is perfect, less than 3 mins walk to the metro, a lot of food options and its on a quiet and safe street. The bed and pillows are perfect firmness and we had slept really well. WiFi is very strong, shower is hot; the water pressure was weak...

Stayed at this establishment only because of the SA Copa Cup. If not, it is amongst the dirtiest place run by the nastiest people I have run into in Chile. Toilet paper is a commodity as is towels. The floors were so dirty I was astonished. I would avoid this long term Apart-Hotel at all costs. They charge absurdly for...

We stayed in this hotel 3 times over a 3 months period. The rooms are cute, large and spotless. The persons at the front desk are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is great. and we were able to leave a few bags in storage for many weeks.
