Good location, surrounded by plenty of restaurants walking distance. Is a really busy part of Santiago and anything you need is close too. Very small rooms and a little be noisy. Good service and breakfast is included
Great location and very helpful staff.
The bedroom we had on top floor wasn’t served by a lift and the room could really do with updating ..but served its purpose!

The reception staff was friendly and cooperative, the rooms (we stayed in 3 different occasions in 3 different rooms) were comfy, clean, breakfast was fresh, on tine and continuously refilled. The location is convenient for several points of interest in Santiago.
