Went here recently for business with a group of different people and we were treated really bad. Despise we have booked and paid for our reservations, staff were extremely rude! We demanded to talk to the manager and the staff said they didn't care and denied calling him. Some people of the group were different culture people (Brazilian and Peruvian Rainforest)....

The furniture needs replacement, breakfast is simple, but enough to a fast trip and the beds are comfortable. The best thing is a location, near lastarria, cerro santa lucia, downtown and metro. It's safer and it's possible to do a lot of things by foot.

Windsor Suites did not respect my reservation, made through booking.com. Instead of apologizing for their overbooking, they first claimed not to have been notified, then even insulted me saying that my credit card had been refused. Fortunately I found another hotel nearby, but if you are not prepared to spend a night in the cold and dangerous streets of Santiago...

The hotel definitely needs renovation. The beds are large, but the furniture needs renewal. The restaurant of the hotel is oldie, but not goldie, although the breakfast is pretty ok. The place is quite clean, no need to worry about any living, crawling creatures :). Despite all these, the scenery is beautiful, the hotel being located just across the Santa...

This hotel was perfect for me. I was on a working trip in Chile and had seen the hotel before leaving for Easter Island. I had liked the rooms so much I wanted to stay at the hotel when I returned to finish my business in Santiago. The room was comfortable, very spacious and I loved the enormous terrace. The...

In some sense, this hotel is in a great location: it's located between between the Barrio Lastarria district and Cerro Santa Lucia park and viewpoint and just a couple of minutes walk from the cafés of Bella Artes. It's also a couple of minutes walk from a metro stop on the red line. Unfortunately, the hotel is also situated right...

So while the overall location is near a metro and the historic area, the actual hotel is in a dark and sketchy alley. Honestly, it doesn't seems safe after dark. during the day is fine to walk around but after dark is an issue. The rooms are really dingy. I don't think they have been renovated. Ever. Our room had...

I traveled here with a large group. The rooms are fairly average and dated. You get what you pay for. One positive note is the location. It is close to public transit and next to the Santa Lucia hill. There are also lots of shops and restaurants near the hotel. I would recommend this hotel if you are traveling on...

Look its not a 5 star hotel and you get what you pay for. The staff were very helpful. It can be a bit moisy as it is above the road tunnel exit but I found it to be OK. Bathroom was a bit ordinary and the room had a bit of a hairdressing smell which was unusual. The location...

Best thing in this hotel is its location - just off the main road Higgins, at the foot of the green St.Lucia hill in the downtown arty Bellas artes quarter, with lots of inviting small cafés and restaurants round the corner and, as the locals say, a "European" feel. You are at walking distance to many sights and to the...

“Choose a room with balcony, because you can see the Santa Lucia Hill... and you can smoke as well. Although it is toward the street, you won.t be disturbed by noises.”
