Ibis Santiago Manquehue Norte is worth every penny you pay. Building is well maintained, room are what you should expect for the price you pay, staff is friendly and helpful, and the hotel is very well located, just a few steps from Metro Manquehue. In my case, the only thing I wish my room would have had was a desk lamp because the light in the room wasn't very appropriate if you wanted to work in the night. Apart from that, everything is above expectation given the price price you pay (I travel solo). I definitively recommend the hotel. The breakfast is very good as well!

I was here 5 nights for business and the location in Las Condes is good. The entrance is for the first time not easy to find but not a issue to get negative. Breakfast is for a IBIS very good and the location is well. The rooms are IBIS all the same and functional. Internet is good stable and easy to access. There is in the night a sound like a elevator or underground with I can’t describe but nerve during my sleep.

Excelent hotel, everything worked out very well. Close to the main attractions and to Ski Total, being easier to go to ski than staying in providencia or downtown.
Hotel is very new, clean, wifi signal everywhere.I would like the rooms to be a little bit bigger and the prices of the bar/restaurant are overpriced.
There is no frigobar in the room.

We stayed there for 6 Nights, and we noticed that there was New Furniture in the lobby area. The lobby bar had also more varieties now.
At the Ibis Manquehue Norte the staff is very friendly and attentive. Up through the years we have stayed there quite a few times, and we feel we get to know some of the staff a little.
We needed a taxi to og to the bus station downtown, and they called a hotel taxi whcich was there on a very short notice. The price, CLP15000, is quite competitive since you have to drive straight through all of Santiago.
If you want to visit a sky bar, the neighbouring hotel, the Icon, is an excellent option.
Public transport: The metro station Manquehue is only 100 - 200 mts away, line1. Very convenient.

In addition to queues at checkout, this hotel has queues for (the mediocre) breakfast caused by a control that obliges to pay it before entering the room. I do not know if other Ibis hotels have the same system, but is incredible slow when you are behind several clients that have have not included breakfast in his reservation. In addition, the whole hotel is worn out. Internet is also bad and I had to shift to my phone connection.Rooms are noisy (street and water tubing).

This hotel is lovely, clean and spacious. The staff are very helpful, and the restaurant serves a lovely breakfast. The rooms are nice and cool because of the none obtrusive air conditioning. The hotel is in a good location, with easy access to the Metro and other forms of public transport.

Again we had an unpleasant visit in your Hotel in Santiago.
The front desk person was very arrogant, and treated us like we were stupid people.
Again we made a reservation for a room for two persons with separate beds, an we have received a room with a double bed with two mattresses!!!
We have if course complained, but the front desk person and also the Hotel Manager told us that they have only such rooms, and no separate beds!!
Very strange, because when we made the booking it was made differently.
Well the worse on the story was the arrogant behavior from the personal on the front desk

What a crap hotel. 2 nights in a row the whole night noise of all kind of stuff: ventilators, people shouting, phone of the neighbor. The walls are made of paper. Do not come here unless you are not planning for any sleep.

The hotel is within walking distance from the Manquehue metro station. For the price, hotel amenities are very good - bed, sheets, towels, desk are tidy. There is room service every day. Room has a wall mount TV. Food is excellent with many vegetarian breakfast options. Staff is friendly. There is a online check-in option. Cab service to the airport costs 35 USD.

They stole one of my bags in the lobby. Absolutely no security and cameras don't work. The personal is really ineffective. They didn't do anything to prevent it, or anything after the damage was done, they just acted normally and told me that te cameras don't work and continued working normally. BE SUPER CAREFUL EARLY IN THE MORNINGS BECAUSE ROBBERS HANG OUT IN THE LOBBY AND WHEN THEY SEE PEOPLE WHO ARE READY TO CHECK OUT THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE.
Terrible experience and terrible service regarding this subject, they couldn't care less.
