Location is nice, place is clean and decent but apartments are cramped. I stayed one night with my husband and 3 kids, in the biggest unit they offer, and we promptly changed to another hotel for the rest of our stay. The bathrooms are minuscule and my tall husband barely fit in the main bedroom shower! I am surprised i hadn't seen many comments about the bathrooms. There was very little closet space and nowhere to put away our suitcases, which we kept tripping over. Kitchen is equipped but dreary and also small. Walls are thin so we heard every door slam in the building. Apartment was a bit cold inside although there were air con units in the bedrooms to heat up. Hot water cut out at times. It should be okay for a couple but with kids, you might feel claustrophobic. Breakfast was very good and abundant. Parking on site. Fora little more money, i would look into somewhere else if you are a few people. Hopefully I won't receive the same generic response in trip advisor from the supposed hotel manager.

I’ve stayed at this place about four or five times over the last few months. It’s a great spot. Good location. Central to everything. Staff are extremely polite and helpful. The wifi here is great. Very fast and never seems to drop out like a lot of other places in Chile. Rooms are clean, tidy and spacious. The buffet breakfast is really good. I will definitely stay here again and again.

Situated on a quiet tree lined street just off the financial district, a 15 minute walk from Gran Torre Santiago (Sky tower). Good restaurants nearby. This is not the touristy area of Santaigo like say Bella Vista, and is the better for it. The hotel has large rooms with generous balconies that mostly open to pleasant street views. Comfortable amenities and helpful staff.

Breakfast at the hotel is a little expensive compared to the surrounding area, but there are dozens of other cafes within a short walk. A likeable place.

Location is ok, room is noisy but the service is a disaster. Every interaction with the reception was a nightmare. Employees are not polite, especially a lady called Irina who works at the reception desk. She believes she is always doing a favor by interacting with the hotel's guests. Worst experience of my life. NEVER again!

Fernando Martorell

I have booked and stayed at this hotel several times, always for extended periods (week to 10 days), so you might think that a returning customer would be appreciated or valued. Not so much.

I booked a 9 day stay in January. I made this reservation in mid-December and received a written statement from the hotel, with my card information, the total price, the dates, their policies, etc. It was all in Spanish but it looked a lot like a confirmation to me. I got a bit nervous and contacted them via email for a confirmation. No response. Finally, the day before I called them and they had no record of my reservation and told me they were full. There was nothing they could do, they said.

As a result, I had to book at the last minute at another hotel, costing me more than $600 more. In the First World, if a hotel had messed up a reservation for a repeat customer, they would "walk" you to another comparable hotel, and honor the previous rate. But these people did absolutely nothing. I have traveled all over the world and deal with hotels of all types of sophistication. But this was really horrendous and it can't be blamed on a language or a cultural barrier. it's more of an "I don't give a damn and we're not professional" barrier.

I booked this hotel based on the pictures on the web and various reviews.

The pictures do not match reality, there was mould in the bathroom, we felt the room was not clean, scratched walls, carpets that did not look cleaned and old sheets on the beds and worn out towels.

Service was poor, asked for a airport pick-up, basically told me to sort it out myself.

TV would not work, due to batteries in the remote being empty, the guy just said we had to get up to change the channel, what kind of service is that?

Really poor hotel, very poor quality-price relation.

It offers a perfect balance between the space of a nice appartment and the service of an average hotel. The rooms are very comfortable, with good space, kitchen and even balcony. Cable TV, Wifi, etc working perfectly well too. Located in a very nice neighbourhood, it allows you to go out for a walk at night and have dinner nearby. The offer of very nice restaurants in the area is quite good, and a very large mall (the Costanera Center) is a few blocks away.
A very good choice if you need to stay in Santiago to work for a mid period of time (between two weeks and a month for example).

This was the best option for traveling with family. The apartment was huge. Our room had one bedroom, a living/dining room, 1 bathroom and a kitchen. Everything was new and clean. The location was perfect, a quiet street in a business area, with supermarket and metro station nearby. Breakfast was included and it was ok. We had the front desk help for renting a car, which was brought direct to the garage to us. This was a great value for the huge rooms.
