The hotel is tucked away in a short clean side street in Bellas Artes. It is managed by Mely who is just amazing helpful. We conversed through Google Translate and she took time to be very thorough offering advice on where to visit nearby, suggestions for where to eat, and info on using the Metro (only 250m away). The hotel is clean and secure with an electronic combination lock on the front door. We had a generously sized “king” room with AC, a sofa, private bathroom and all the usual amenities, and a very comfortable bed. Natural light through the two French doors although it’s too hot to open them in summer. The street has a couple of other small hotels as well but it was relatively quiet at night. The area seems safe and there are heaps of places to eat from nearby (I recommend Mosqueto Cafe nearby). There are 7-day secure ATMs (search for BancoEstado - Sucursal Santiago Monjitas) about 3 blocks along Monjitas towards Plaza de Armas (select Extrajeros for English). Mely also booked a shared small-van day tour to Valparaiso for the Monday, when museums are closed, which was very good. We had daily breakfast (for a small extra cost) at the hotel. The breakfasts were served in a small dinning room at our requested times. Cereal, orange juice, toast, scrambled eggs, some sliced meat and cheese, yogurt, piece of fruit, tea and a small muffin. Quite ample to start the day. Also I recommend the airport (each way) transfer service Mely can book for you. The driver we had is excellent and honest - I dropped my credit card wallet in the taxi to the airport and immediately contacted Mely who organised the wallet return to the hotel so I could know it was safe. Wonderful service from Mely and the driver. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel.

Nice place to stay in Santiago. The small hotel is located on a dead-end side street off a main road, so you are away from the traffic. The rooms are big and the attached bathroom is satisfactory. You can buy breakfast at a neighboring hostel. I liked the place and it was a good base for exploring Santiago. The only negative is that there are fixed stone benches on the pedestrian street outside and people tend to congregate there and talk until late in the night - and the front facing windows/porch doors are not very effective at insulating from the noise. This will bother some people more than others (bothered me, did not bother my wife). If they refitted/replaced the windows correctly, it would help a lot - or if the benches were removed. If I could, I would rate it 4.5 stars due to this. Not a big deal, but could be improved upon.

Casanoble Hotel Boutique was a wonderful place to call home during our trip to Santiago. There was always someone available 24/7 to assist and the staff were very helpful. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was very welcome and tasty. The availability of 24/7 tea and coffee was terrific.

Casanoble Hotel was an ideal choice for our three night stay in Santiago, a small pleasant and artistically furnished hotel, rather like a large house, in an excellent location a few minutes walk from Plaza de Armas and the Belles Artes. The breakfast was simple but quality and coffee and tea available all day. Our standard room was a bit small but our bathroom spacious and larger rooms are available. The cleaning was thorough. The young staff are particularly friendly and helpful There were many cafes and restaurants nearby; we particularly liked El Txoko Alaves in the next street.

We had a nice 3-night stay at Casanoble in February 2020. The location was convenient to everything we needed to see and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and a bit on the small side. I felt that the cleaning and maintenance of the rooms could be stepped up a bit. It was convenient to have breakfast in the hotel and we appreciated that they made us eggs each morning. I took advantage of their 24-hr hot water/tea service in the breakfast room. Overall, a nice stay.

Casa Noble was amazing; a perfect small boutique hotel in the heart of Santiago close to everything. Rocío and her team were amazing, helpful, and very welcoming! The hotel is close to the cathedral, museums, the Arts District, and numerous cool cafes, bars, and Chilean-style restaurants. Would highly recommend to those not wanting to stay in a large, soulless corporate hotel :)

In town, Bella Artes location, close to the subway, walk to Lastarria and Bellavista. On a dead end street with a couple of nearby restaurants. Lots of graffiti and damage nearby from the October riots but hotel area is pretty clean compared to other areas of town. Good size room, solid but basic breakfast, great staff.

Stayed here for thee nights and Ronald couldn’t have been more helpful. He arranged for airport transfers, a couple of day trips (I’d highly recommend the wine tour of Undurraga) and even helped me book my bus ticket for onward transfer in Patagonia when my credit card wouldn’t work. Room was clean, breakfast fine with good eggs and strong coffee. Great local buzz to the area with a couple of good bars nearby. Can’t recommend this highly enough. Thank you.
