We stayed for 3 nigths and enjoyed the new year 16/17. The hotel has a great balcony from which you have an amazing view. The staffe is very friendly hand speaks English. The rooms are nice and clean. The shower works perfectly. It's located in a nice street with many restaurants and bars around.

The staff was absolutely wonderful, from helping us with our luggage to suggesting dining places. The room was small particularly if you have large suitcases (which we did) but had shelves and cubbies which helped. We just reorganized our belongings into the cubbies. The breakfast was filling and healthy. We walked all over the city so the central location worked...

A total deception! I've been in Valparaiso hundred of times and this was the worst experience ever. The room was dirty, no warm water, no wi-fi, a very poor breakfast. And overpriced. The only god thing was the location, in Cerro Alegre, near the El Peral ascensor and Paseo Yugoslavo. But never again this hotel. There are tens of B&Bs...

Lovely cozy hotel with friendly smiley staff. Located at a very quiet serene area near Palacio Baburizza, and walking distance (5 mins) to the main area. There's a simple breakfast daily with fruits, eggs, bread and muffins. I can see some wear and tear in the room, especially the bathroom, but those are just minor details. Only a small comment,...

We stayed here in a double room. The rooms are fairly small (not unusual for Chile), but quite charming in how they are decorated. The breakfast included with our room was good. It included a fruit salad, a small cake, scrambled eggs, hot bread, and coffee/tea. The first morning I tried to have a shower at 10.30 am, but the...

My family of 6 arrived without a booking following a bus trip from Mendoza - delayed due to closures on the Andes crossing. Though we had arrived on a public holoday there had been cancellations and we were accommodated in beautiful rooms. We had a great welcome, the best breakfast in South America and loved the decor. Absolutely recommended!

Attractive boutique hotel overlooking the harbor. Stayed there for two nights. Helpful staff, good service, nice decor, well appointed rooms after I got one where everything worked..I was the only guest, but I suspect that the hotel would be noisy if fully booked even though there are no TVs in the rooms. Super location (but the local ascensor was shut...

This is a small boutique hotel well priced in one of the two World Heritage neighborhoods in Valpo, the other being Cerro Conception, a 15 minute walk away. From Sotomayor plaza one can take the El Peral ascensor for 100 pesos up to Cerro Alegre and the hotel is about two blocks away. The staff was excellent and spoke English....

I stayed here four nights because I was assisting a biochemistry congress. The reception staff were really friendly once I arrived. The room for one person was small but I didn't need it to be any bigger since it was for me only. It had a heater, a shelf, a bed light, shampoo, conditioner and towels. Room service is great....

Bit of background about this review. We stayed for two days for the new year's eve. All the other hotels were full and we chose this one because of lack of alternatives. We paid twice the normal price, but that's fine, it is supply and demand and my review is not biased because of that. I understand there was a...
