Didn't have a good stay here, Although most of the family are very helpful the girl that works at the desk during the day is extremely rude, When I said I wanted to cancel my reservation early because my friend who lives in Quito wasn't allowed to come in for lunch.. I questioned her about it and she said that's...

We wanted to sleep in a Hostel we found on Hostelworld (Vibes). Luckily we chose the Galapagos Hostel on the other side of the street. It was cheaper and the family which runs the hostel is just amazing. Location aswell, just one corner to all the party hotspots. We also enjoyed one evening watching DVD's at the hostel. They have...

We had an amazing time on this wonderful cruising catamaran. From the outset, the crew were generous with their time and went over and above the call of duty to ensure that their guests were well cared for. Spent just under a week island hopping in the Galapagos and had one of the best times ever with my two daughters....

The owners of this hostel are very rude and offer very bad service. Since I had a flight at night I asked if I could stay in the common rooms for a bit and to change clothes before I would leave and they didn't allow me and even got angry. Besides, they charge you 5 dollar if you leave your...

Stayed here on two occasions with my friends whilst having a few days stay in quito either side of our trip to the cloud forest. The staff were lovely and went out of there way to help you, we also had a lovely breakfast each morning! We were able to leave our bags in our room on the final day...

They kicked me out at 7 am for coming back too late while they were sleeping.....weird right? I was so nice and had to explain while they didnt speak english. So rude and not helpful about anything. I only booked it because the other hostels were full. I now see why no one else was there.

Stayed here for 2 nights, nice family run hostel but nobody speaks English - hard to even say I wanted a room for 2nights in basic Spanish but the owner just didn't get it! Location is good if u want to be near bars and clubs (Foch square) but I stayed here so I wasn't in the 'party hostel' vibes...

Stayed here for 4 days. Very friendly and family feeling! The owner is very nice, and will help you with anything you ask. The breakfast is very big and good. Only two problems is that the family speaks only Spanish, so if you don't know Spanish it's a problem. The other problem is that you can't leave your bags in...

The family were unwelcoming and unhelpful. On the final day of our stay we were not allowed to leave our bags or shower. This is a wannabe guesthouse and unsuitable as a backpackers hostel. Stay in vibes instead!

Been travelling for three months now, two in India, and this hostel may possibly be the only place where the owners don't let you leave your bags or shower after you check out. So you're basically screwed for any physical day trip you have planned for your final day in Quito. My room was basically a shed out back that...

Much regret what happened but I want to mention that our check in time is 12:00, after this time if they wish to continue in their room must pay an extra value. You can use the bathroons but take a shower! We store your luggage until 5pm, you came back and wanted to take showers. we accept store your bags,...
