I stayed in room 206 for 2 nights and have to say you'd better bring earplugs - the voices from the lobby carry, and there was an awful 'ticking' sound somwhere in the walls that was just unrelenting. The staff was very friendly and spoke excellent English, and the location is hard to beat - in the heart of the...

Booked with BOOKING.COM via TripAdvisor but told no rooms available when I turned up at the hotel reception desk. Had to drag luggage to a nearby hotel owned by the group and told to return to Hotel Boutique Plaza Sucre for breakfast (?!). But with no assurance of a different room rate at the much lower standard alternate hotel ("We...

This is a great little place right in the heart of old town. Within walking distance to most of the great spots, and never felt unsafe (even at night time - although this involved nothing more than getting into or stepping out of a taxi). The breakfast provided was delicious and the staff were more than pleasant considering my grasp...

My friend and I stayed here for 2 nights and it was great. They offer free wifi, 2 complimentary bottles of waters, and free breakfast (bread, cereal, coffee etc and they can also fry eggs for you). The location was really nice as it is just 3-5 minutes away from Plaza Grande. The staff is friendly and nice, and can...

I only had one night in Quito and was arriving late. The hotel is quiet, spotless and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent (cheese, bread cereal, fresh juice, fresh papaya) and served in a rooftop dining room overlooking the mountains. The hotel is located very close to all of the historical sites.

My friend and I stayed here for a total of 4 nights as we bounced between Quito, Cotopaxi, and the Galapagos. We had three separate rooms for the duration since we were in and out of the hotel. The rooms were all very nice, and clean. We were pleasantly surprised to find that we could put toilet paper in the...

The hotel confirmed airport pickup, yet no one came and it was late at night. Upon arrival, Gabriel the night staff gave no answer or appology. It is obvious that they hate their job and the hotel guests. Gabriel advised us not to take a taxi but instead the Trole on a Friday. He grossly missinformed us that the bus...

The hotel is well located and secure with nice rooms and nice breakfast. Unfortunately we had money taken from the room safe!!! We presume that they think if they take several 20 bills we would not notice - wrong!! We could not imagine how this happened but there was no other explanation.. We later saw the owner/caretaker walking around with...
