Annie and Fausto were the perfect hosts! They went out of their way to make our stay in Quito memorable. We were welcomed in to their home and they gave us lots of interesting information about local culture and food. The room was slightly away from the main house making it private and it was extremely comfortable and clean. Breakfast...

Really nice family, great breakfasts with different fruit each day, tea and snacks at night, fresh homemade chocolates, and a comfortable bed. The place is very clean, with a patio and a garden. It felt like home. The family is very attentive and kind. The family will give advice and explain the many things that you can do in Quito,...

This house and host may be better than any high end hotel in Quito! The entire family are incredibly helpful and sweet. Rooms are clean; we received fresh towels and room cleaning daily. We received many suggestions of things to see and do and the son, Felipe, took us (group of 4) on a full day excursion outside the city...

I stayed in a private double bedroom with the Saá family for five nights in November 2016. The room was fantastic, with a comfortable bed, ample blankets, very good WiFi and clean bathroom. The room was ckeaned daily. The room is separate from the main family home, so you can choose to socialise with the family or have a slightly...

This is a home in the middle of Quito. The family is so nice and welcoming. Breakfast is delicious and have a great variety of food. Our room was nice, big and clean with good bed. The location is in a quiet street not far from La mariscal.

Anna, Fausto, Felipe and Daniela went out of their way to make our stay a good one. They served us a very tasty breakfast and provided clean towels both days we stayed. They arranged for Felipe to pick us up at the airport and to take us back when we left. I wish I could give them 5 stars but...

We are so sorry you had to experience this, there was an earthquake that last night you were here, therefore it was something that was beyond our control, right after you left we hired a structure enginere to look at the fallen part and th cracks so he would fix the roof, the ceiling has been changed and the structure...

It is dangerous . Part of the ceiling in our room collapsed last night. They need to make lots of physical improvements. They are very nice people but it is not appropriate to have guest given the condition of the rooms. Worst room I have been in during my 15 months of travel.

It was my first time in Ecuador and Anni and Fausto made us feel so welcome. My plane was arriving some hours late but nothing was a problem :-) Great breakfast, great talks, cosy rooms in a hip district.

I stayed with Faust and Annie last year and came back this year with my son for a brief stay. They are just as lovely and welcoming as ever! The room was comfortable and the breakfast was more than we could possibly eat. Annie and Faust are wonderful hosts and their location is great. Just a short walk to Plaza...
