Excellent accommodations, staff work hard to ensure a great stay, fast problem solving, Location is very good, quiet and the views are great, mountain and city. Warm pool.Very good car service available on site, avoid renting a car, nightmare to drive and park, stop signs are for display only. Airport is far, give your self 3 hours before flight time.

Dear Merli d, We appreciate your positive review and feel really content that you have enjoyed your time with us and confirmed our JW quality. We do offer great views of the city, Cotopaxi, and Pichincha, were you able to see Cotopaxi? The sky has been really clear during July. We are glad to hear you could move around easily...

Great rooms, great service, great breakfast. Dinner was great on 1 night but not so good on the 2nd. However, there are 3 or 4 different eateries plus an onsite mini-mall. Our guide advised us not to travel on foot if we wanted to sight-see but our package included a couple of organized bus tours so that wasn't an issue.

Lovely hotel in a great location - however - was a little disappointed. The bed we slept in needed to be replaced - I kept rolling into the middle of the bed. Breakfast was really a disappointment - not at all up to JW standards, - and we were on the Executive Floor and had breakfast in the Executive Lounge....

A great hotel with absolutely nothing to complain about. Friendly and efficient staff, clean and large rooms, well maintained. Quiet AC (a rarity) and a very comfortable bed. It really is a very good hotel. The Executive lounge has a great view of Cotopaxi and the food and facilities are great. We used a meeting room one evening and everything...

The best thing about a Marriott is that you know exactly what to expect. I stayed two days at the JW Marriott after arriving in Quito. I arrived at 1:00 am and I forgot to tell the hotel I would be a late arrival. No problem. I even asked for a room with a mountain view and was given it....
