We stayed at the hotel for 10 days in January 2015. Very comfortable and found the staff to be very accommodating. The room and bathroom was very pleasing. They have quite a few types of restaurants, a good variety of food. The executive lounge was also very nice, a complete breakfast with a chef, fresh fruits, breads and more. They...

We booked this hotel for 2 nights. Rooms are spacious and bed is very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Food is delicious, the buffet breakfast offers great ecuadorian treats like humitas, tamales and others. I had the chance to try the spa, which was a nice experience overall. At the beginning I had a bit of trouble...

This is principally a hotel for business persons, transiting airline personnel or tourists on a one-night stopover. As such, it serves its purpose well. The hotel is modern, comfortable, clean, has a decent restaurant and a pool. Service is good by Ecuadorean standards. However, for the tourist wishing to spend time exploring Quito, this property has less to offer. The...

We have stayed at other JWMs such as the one in Oahu, Hawaii and we were very pleased. This one in Quito was more like any other Marriott in any city in the US. The pluses included the great heated pool and nice gym. The Mexican restaurant in the hotel had good service and food. The staff were all very...

This is a "solid" JW Marriott and great choice if you are visiting Quito. It is clean and the staff is friendly. Good beds and nice bathroom with a soaker tub. Stayed here for 4 nights and I liked that it was away from old town, but close enough to walk there. On the way were some great parks and neighborhoods to explore.
