This hotel has a dated look, like stepping back into the 1970's. I stayed here twice during stops in Quito. The rooms are spacious, but bland and not particularly attractive. The elevators are tricky because you need a security card to start them, they never stop even with the floor, and once the doors start to close you can lose...

OK, so first of all I was a little biased as I got an unprompted upgrade upon checking in. In fact the executive room/suite I was allocated featured a living room, large modern bathroom, very large bedroom and a decent view. Not bad as I had opted for a single room on the hotel's lowest tariff. The hotel is well...

Dear pripyat86, thank you for writing such a nice comment. It is great to hear that you could enjoy from one of our free upgrades during your stay. You are right in writing that we are located in the Nightlife district of Quito which is actually a good location because we are near the Historic Center (only 10 minute taxi...

We stayed here with out OAT group. The hotel is very nice. The rooms are roomy & have a safe in the room. The buffet breakfast is very nice with great fresh fruit, yogurt, fresh squeezed orange juice you make yourself in a machine. You can order eggs any style, including egg white omlettes from the waiter. Or you can...

We stayed in 4 different rooms (total 9 nights) over a 3-week period, & were very satisfied with each: pleasant decor, nice breakfast buffet, good value, very good location, very helpful & friendly staff (many speak excellent English). Staff is very accommodating about helping to get taxis, give info & directions. They also provide secure storage of your bags if...

We got a really good deal on our room while we stayed for a week to climb Cotopaxi. The Hotel was very nice, the rooms were comfortable and the location was right where you want to be. A short taxi ride got us to Plaza Foch for some fun evenings out on the town.

Just got back from Quito and had a great stay here. The rooms are so very comfortable - definitely go for a suite - you'll have tons of room. Everything is very clean and welcoming. Great housekeeping staff. Great free breakfast. No AC but you don't really need it. There is a very basic gym, but the rooms are big...
