Stayed for four nights here while a friend and I travelled to Cuenca. The staff at the hotel is really nice and does an exceptional job of making you fell welcomed and they are very good helping with any special requests. We had to get a negative COVID test before returning to the United States and they were able to make arrangements to have someone come to our room and administor the test.
The hotel is a short taxi ride from the downtown area. Most of the time, the taxis will cost less than $2. The hotel also has a shuttle and if it is available they will take you to the airport and sometimes into downtown.
The room was okay, the air conditioning was a little loud and popped off and on. Also our toilet sometimes ran on it's own, and sounded like it was breathing. Overall very minor complaints and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
