Stayed here as part of a tour. Despite being a couple we were given a massive "family" room with 4 beds two TVs and a sofa. When I say massive I mean massive, more like a community hall with high ceilings etc. Comfortable but not cosy, goodness knows what it was originally. Other members of our group who had more... We stayed here for a night. We had the room with 5 single beds. Unfortunately, there was no hot water in the morning for our showers, but we survived. I was grateful for a fan in the room for some movement of air. Breakfast was good. The hotel is located a short walk from the main plaza. The patio is... More

We stayed here in July and really felt at home. The gentleman who owns/runs the hotel is the most pleasant, friendly and helpful person you will meet. It is very handy to all the travel agents for booking trips and also close to very nice restaurants. Approx 15 minute walk to the main square but its a nice walk with... More

I love staying at this hotel. I've stayed here twice and the service is fantastic! The first time, my cousin lost her phone in Machu Picchu and when we got back, the owner's wife accompanied her to the nearest store to buy a new one! The second time, the owner took us on a tour of the city. We walked... More

Very clean, tidy, tranquil, safe place to be. The staff is friendly and helpful. They let us keep our baggage in the hotel for two days while we went to the canyon Colca. What we found very useful was the possibility of late check-out (18:00). Overall, definitely recommendable.

Excellent! Amazing. I liked it very much. When I reached there, there was no bed, but still they arranged something for me. I liked their service very much. And the staffs are cool. The kind of co-operation and services I had from the staffs... it's unbelievable. The inmates are also cool. I would like to stay over there if I... More
