Comfortable bed, daily maid service, good hot water, and great cable TV It's at the far end of one of the main streets, but it's a fairly easy walk, into the city centre, along the beautiful, cobble-stoned streets. There's a nearby park, that grazes llama's and alpaca's, and another one that is a bustle of families on the weekend, and...

The hostel is clean and covers the basics. The rooms on the ground floor are a bit loud, as there is occasionally music playing in the reception and some guests called their friends on the upper floors by yelling at them. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

This hostal is a great little place, our only issue was that it was just a little too far to walk into town to be the perfect convenient home for a few days. The room was big as was the bathroom, plenty of electricl sockets. Breakfast was basic, tea or coffee, bread and jam.

Don't be fooled by the pictures, this place isn't very nice. I mean it's ok for one night but it's profile mislead me to believe it'd be a lovely place to stay. We checked out and moved to Los Andes. Far better. The room smelled of cigarettes and had no character. The location sucks too, it's nowhere near Plaza De...

After a long 12 hour overnight bus from Ica, we arrived to be told by the staff that the hostel was fully booked. Despite booking the hotel three days previously with no problems, the reason became clear that we had been replaced by a larger booking and moved to their sister hostel down the road. The reviews on this place...

I stayed here for 3 nights and it was really commendable. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was mediocre but with that price, I couldn't be asking for too much. I rented a bike to ride to colca canyon and parked my bike outside the hostel. The host saw it and immediately offered to open the premises for me to...

We felt right at home in this small family owned and operated hostel. The owners made us feel welcome and helped us with all our needs. The rooms were small and clean, and with warm bedcovers. Our room which was on the ground floor opened up to a courtyard. The location was off the city center, but within walking distance,...

We really enjoyed our stay, very very very friendly family host, so helpful! We had booked a 2 day Colca trek and had to get up very early in the morning. The owner even knocked at our door to check whether we are awake (and that at 3 am in the monring!). Also we could leave all our luggage in...

We stayed for 3nights at Mirasol. Excellent value for money, staff is friendly and assist with booking of tours. We enjoyed the walk to the town centre every day. The room was clean, fast wi-fi and quiet at night. Continental breakfast is average as in most hostals in Arequippa.

Friendly staff who make you feel very welcome. The room was nice and clean with a good private bathroom. The wifi in the room was fast. The hostal is just a short walk from the city center. During our hike in the Colca Canyon (highly recommended) we could leave our luggage in the hostal. We definitely recommend this place!
