The hotel has a third floor sundeck which has sun most of the day. The restaurant is overlooked by a large hanging garden with multi-coloured flowers and hummingbirds which gives it a great ambiance. The restaurant has a speciality of a beef and chesses stuffed pepper with shepherds pie. Great if you like hot (spicy) food. The rooms are a... More

Hotel was old style & very basic. Room was quite small with very limited space for luggage. Only one stand for a suitcase and one chair. Two bed lights controlled by a single wall switch. Door lock was primitive. The room safe was extremely small and it too had a very primitive mechanical lock. Clients need to ask reception for... More

Great hotel. Good location near town. Very friendly and efficient staff. Room was very comfortable, especially the big bed. There is a sun terrace with lovely views and super fast wifi. Definitely recommend if you are staying in Arequipa.

Decent comfortable hotel but not worth the 5 stars that it has. Rooms are pretty old and beds not very comfy and breakfast buffet a little limited. Nevertheless friendly staff and for a short stay does the job. Ask for a room with a view - I could only see a wall in front of the window.

We were moved to this hotel unexpectedly but were made very welcome. We had arrived with some problems with missing baggage and immediately the staff here helped to resolve our problems by repeatedly calling the airlines and helping to keep us up to date with the information. A comfortable 2 day stay later and finally reunited with our bags, we... More

It's a lovely colonial style hotel ideal for passing through travelers. The service is excellent the food amazing and very comfortable. At first we had some trouble with the water and we called the reception and they instantly fixed it. I would love to come back.

We were meant to have a room with twin beds, but the only one available when we arrived was a large bedded single...which we obviously took. At around 6.00 pm there was an extremely loud shouting type conversation (a la Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf) which went on for a couple of hours. Everyone in the hotel must have been... More

Very beautiful boutique hotel. The style of hotel is very similar to the whole sipirit of the city. It's small, cozy, made in colonial style. Located in the quite street, 25 min walk from the city center (a little bit far away) or 5 min by taxi. Rooms are ok. Not deluxe, but everything needed is there including robes and... More

This was one of the nicest boutique hotel's I have been to. They have a very attentive staff making sure your every need has been met! The wifi and heater's worked well and the view from our rooms was an added bonus! The only dissapointment was the breakfast. There was hardly anything available before our long day of hiking, but... We stayed here two nights. The first night there was a small screw up with our rooms so they generously upgraded both our rooms to rooms with large bathrooms and a nice view. We stayed in smaller rooms the second night, since there was a night in between in Colca! I thought the prices of the food was bit high... More
