Nice place, well located, friendly staff. Breakfast could be better on the simple side of things. The room is relatively comfortable considering the price of the room. Rooms are clean. I would recommend for friends and family.

Great service, friendly people. Nice inner garden to enjoy . Good food can be arranged by the receptionist. Walking distance to Arequipa City Center (Plaza de Armas). Beds can be better and TV's can be renewed with bigger ones. Netflix can be optional if requested. Parking also can be arranged next to the hotel.

We will be pleased to have an advise on how to improve beds. Now we are using semi orthopedic mattreses renewed every two years. And bed sizes are 2 m (king) 1.6m (Queen) 1,28 (matrimonial) an 1.05 (single) width. Tvs are 32 inches more of them. All flat led technology. Yes, Netflix is possible thanks to a 60 Mb Internet...

We have really enjoyed our time at Casa de Avila, you feel at home inmediately. Staff is extremely friendly and hospitable. They also organize Spanish lessons and cooking workshops. The latter one is a true experience, as Peruvian food is delicious, which makes it even more interesting and you are already looking forward to start eating. The location is a...

So good you enjoyed our service! We are always pleased to help. Assistance in tours has no extra cost. We have the most updated information about activities in the region. Just to add, you can also ask for those peruvian recipes as dinner in our cafeteria. But of course, cooking is the fun part. And guests receive a good discout...

We arrived at the Hotel at 10pm without a reservation. First we had a little argument with the guy at the reception because we wanted to negotiate the price, which finally worked out. The Queen room we got was adorable: huge and comfy bed, nice bathroom with a big shower and plenty of hot water. Breakfast was great with perfect...

Yes, no cheese. We use fresh cheese from local producers. And some periods of the year they do not produce cheese. But you can have fruit, eggs, veggies...

Great atmosphere surrounded by a zen garden. Food is good and the menu rotates for freshness. I was sick first arriving here and the front desk lady called a doctor to come to my room. “The wifi doesn't work when the hotel is full so go out to the front desk area if you need to use internet. We splurged for the king room which was awesome as my wife and I are both tall people; it was nice to have a normal size bed in a country where double beds are the norm. The king room also came with two large storage closets and a mini fridge!”
