My son and I stayed here in June. Hotel and staff was great. Very clean and in a good location. I do not think you could find a better hotel for the price. Staff was very helpful with all our questions.
This little hotel is quite charming for the basic price. The room was spotless and the bathroom was modern and clean. The staff was very nice and made us breakfast to go as our flight was very early in the morning. The hotel is tucked away on a side street that is cute, but was a little hard to find. It is about a 15 minute walk to the Plaza de armas, but many restaurants are nearby. Arequipa is beautiful and this is a charming place to stay at a great price.
The room itself is not the biggest or brightest, but decent, clean and well equipped. The hotel itself is very pretty, especially the view from the roof. The breakfast was excellent and the staff is very friendly, helpful and thoughtful.
The room didn't have windows, just patio doors which once you open have no privacy whatsoever. It looked out towards the interior courtyard. Made the room really dark. Noise travels very easily especially since some guests leave early for their tours. We were woken up almost every morning by people dragging suitcases at 6am. The staff is great and go above and beyond. Breakfast is also nice with fresh fruit, juice, eggs cooked to order, ham, cheese, veggies, olives. A good selection of teas. The hotel is in a really nice area of Arequipa and close to a number of restaurants and cafes, saving you a trip to the plaza if you're tired. Cobblestone streets everywhere and what seems like a quiet neighborhood.
1st step on our honeymoon in Peru after almost 24h flying. We sent them an emakl asking to check in as soon as possible and when we arrived the room was ready, early in the morning. We really appreciated!!!♡ 5 blocks away from plaza de armas. Good eating advices/places to go. Breakfast was good.
