This hotel was a perfect location in historical downtown section of Arequipa. Many restaurants and shops nearby. It is very near the amazing cathedral that is also in the square. The room was very clean, comfortable bed, bathroom was big with great amenities. The breakfast was ample with a lot of choices, and plenty of food. The front desk staff was very friendly, and helped store our luggage while we were touring, before we left for the airport. Staff spoke English and took care of all of our needs. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Arequipa.

The staff were excellent, very pleasant and helpful. The hotel location was wonderful overlooking the Plaza de Armas. There are plenty of restaurants and shops within steps of the hotel. There is coca tea available in the lobby at all times of the day. Our room was clean and modern, the restaurant was very nice, the food was delicious and the breakfast buffet was very good with a lot of options. There is an outside terrace to eat and have drinks that overlooks the Plaza de Armas. We had a wonderful time sitting and chatting with our friends there each night. We were there in July 2019

Very comfortable, clean, nice room located on square “plaza de Armas” (historical center of Arequipa). Great breakfast and really gentle staff. We asked if was possible an earlier check-in after the long trip by bus from Nazca and the manager made us happy

From the begging we received and excellent service from all the staff. The room was very spacious, it had two separate areas, (bedroom and the other one with a living room, 2tvs). The hotel is right in front of the main plaza, the view is amazing. If we go back to Ariquipa we will stay there again.
