We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights and when we went to Machu Picchu the staff stored all our things and nothing ever got lost. The staff was always smiling and eager to help us with anything their recommendations were also on point. The breakfast is the greatest we ever had, very rich and fresh. If we woke up...

We stayed two nights after a trip in the sacred valley, and it was a pleasure to relax at the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is great, 10min walk to Plaza de Armas. The wifi is good. The room are nice with all amenities needed.

Very well located, away from the crowds, yet very close to the center. Lovely hotel, held by very welcoming lady and her husband. I particularly appreciated her warm welcome after a long trip by myself. The room was very spacious and very clean. The breakfast was good, and the staff very kind (though only few of them spoke English). Good...

I had a pleasant stay. I found the staff very friendly and helpful. It is close to the main plaza , Plaza de Armas and all the local sites. I like hotels where local Peruvian tourists stay as it speaks well for their local reputation. It has been open for 3 years and unlike some places the owner is there...

I stayed in this lovely hotel some time ago. The room was big and spacious, and the bath renovated. The breakfast was rich and with a variety of foods. The staff is very attentive and tries to give you a feeling of home. Relatively close to main attractions.

We stayed here for a week in July. From the start the staff was absolutely lovely and made us feel like home. I arrived sick and they arranged for a doctor to come by immediately. They also helped out with tours and restaurant recommendations. The hotel is a close 5-10min walk from the centre and feels very safe. Overall it...

An average hotel, with good location in the historical centre of Cusco and a very friendly and helpful staff. The room was quiet and had a safe, but it needs some refurbishment. The website photos are deceiving, since the furniture is quite old and the lights are very dim, making the room not as good looking as in the pictures....

This is a small hotel with friendly staff. Right when we walk in, they gave us each some coco tea, which helps suppress the symptoms of altitude sickness, not to mention it was also freezing cold outside. Good first impression, check. The staff consisted of a small group, but was more than enough. Dont expect too much english though, they...

This hotel is simple but confortable. The staff is very nice. The prices are good and benefit cost. The location is very goog. Less than 10 minuts walking you are in placa de las armas. The problems is just because the bilding doesnt have elevator and the tv is small

They have a small group of staff here and all were extremely friendly, pleasant and always helpful. Not all spoke good english, but enough for you to get by, but I did have the advantage of my partner being peruvian so we had no problems with communication! When we arrived, there was a strike in Cusco, our taxi driver (which...

“We travelled during low season so we had a small heater to help with the cold. It worked fine for us (not like some other reviewers). Just turn it on when you get in the room and it'll heat up in no time. We actually found it got too hot at times and had to turn it off! We tried placing our bath towels in front of it to try heat it up so it wasnt so cold when you get out the shower... it was ok.”
