We spent 4 nights in cuzco, we chose this hotel for its location and fair price, it has all the basic accommodations for a trip to cuzco/machu-picchu. A good hot breakfast was included in the price, (fruit juices, fresh bread and eggs too). The staff was friendly and helpful , they have a travel agency in house there, very useful...

We stayed at Madison for 5 nights. This is a great place to stay, the bed is very comfortable, rooms are clean, heater provided, there is a table in the foyer with free tea and breakfast every morning. The hotel also has a tour service right next door, so it was very convenient arranging our trip to Machu Picchu and...

I needed two nights in Cusco on my way to Machu Picchu and a friend recommended this hotel. I was very happy I took that advise as I found it very clean, comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. Moreover, it was inexpensive and good value for money. The staff was very helpful in making my onward travel to...

During my recent trip to Peru and Brazil, and on my way to Machu Picchu, I stayed at Madison B&B and I was very happy with that decision! The place is very nicely decorated, in a nice and clean design with tiles and wood. It is a very clean family-owned B&B, kept in immaculate conditions. I much enjoyed staying at...

I have had 2 trips to Cusco and I stayed at the Madison both times. The Hostel is clean and the people are wonderful. They will arrange all your travels and set you up with great guides. It is just a couple blocks from the town square which is great at night.

Great location in so many ways. It's located near the main city gems and just a few minutes walk from the station where you leave for Machu Picchu but still surprisingly quiet and peaceful. But my favorite part (even better than the amazing showers!) was the staff. They put up with my poor Spanish and spoke flawless English with me,...

The staff at the Madison Hostal were extremely helpful. They had great restaurant recommendations and were always happy to help with directions. They even made my friend coca tea multiple times because he was not doing well with the altitude. The location was good. It was about a ten minute walk to the main square. The rooms were basic and...

Nice little hostel close to town centre (important unless you want to spend your time on taxis and depend on find one). The advantages are in my opinon: - The friendly treatment from stuff, making you feel like home. - Affordable price, well located and clean - Decent breakfast in spite of the little buffet. Not many choices, so you...

Stayed there three nights in February.  The entire hostal is a model of cleanliness.  Nothing seemed dated.  Beautiful room furnishing.  This feels like a three and a half to four star hotel.  The hostal is located one street away from the main drag (less noise) and a mere four blocks from the historical center Plaza de Armas. My room (#30)...
