Located in the heart of "old Cusco" only 2 blocks from the Plaza de Arenas and centrally located for many fine museums and churches, this small botique hotel is clean, comfortable, quiet and reasonably priced. Breakfast is included with the price and includes made to order eggs along with the usual buffet items. There is a nice rooftop terrace with...

Negatives - No ambiance!!!! Internal facing windows onto the corridor - very cramped room, stuffy & claustrophobic. This Hotel has the Décor and comfort of a UK Travel Lodge!!!! Positives - although nil points for atmosphere and comfort, the staff here are very helpful and cannot do enough for you - Why stay? Why indeed but this hotel was and...

We apologize for the uncertainty your pre-arranged tour company caused you. As you can see from all the other reviews where people have personally chosen our hotel, we meet most peoples expectations for the price we offer. As always we try to go above and beyond our three star rating but rooms in Cusco do tend to be internal due...

A very pleasant hotel, modelled on European boutique hotel lines. The rooms are clean and tidy, the staff are friendly and helpful, the cats is good value for money, and the hotel is located only a few minutes from the very centre of Cusco.

On the negative side the room was quite small and we found it a little hot. The bathroom was small and we did not have bath but very good shower. Note also no lift! Good preparation if embarking on inca trail not so good if suffering from altitude sickness. Positive side it was ideally situated near the main square. The...

We had a couple of nights here, before going trekking, then came back again for a night. Unfortunately both rooms we had were internal, cramped and very hot - with no ability to get fresh air or cool them down. Staff were nice and friendly, just not very boutiquey. Good location though

The staff at the hotel were welcoming and helpful. We stayed here for 2 nights prior to going to Machu Picchu and two nights after returning. They stored our luggage and it was waiting for us in our room upon return. This is a great location for tourists and a very safe area as well. About a block and a...

The hotel is well situated close to the main square. The staff are excellent, helpful and friendly. We got a hug from the bar-man when we left the hotel. I have to say that the hotel advertises itself as a boutique hotel - well in my mind it is not. Room was clean, with a very small safe hidden behind...

My first hotel in Cusco. The staff is very welcoming, meeting your taxi at the door to help with luggage and heavy backpacks. Cold clean water is at the front counter for a parched traveler throat. After a few minutes signing the appropriate documents and copies of passports, I was wisked up to my room facing an inner courtyard. (ask...
