We spent 2 night in this hotel. The location is nice, just some minutes walking from the Plaza de Armas. The building itself was charming and perfectly decorated. Our room was really spacious nice and super clean, with 2 queen beds and a big bathroom. In the room you find 2 bottles of water waiting for you, along with slippers...

Our experience here has highs and lows. We had planned to stay in Cusco for four days to relax and catch up on some work after hiking to Machu Picchu. Unfortunately, despite taking precautions, we got sick while in Cusco and had to cut our trip short. The room was very clean and comfortable. Big mirror, hair dryer, nice shower,...

We had confirmed reservations here through Travelocity.com for our family of 5. To be safe, we sent a confirmation email, also, after another reviewer talked about overbooking issues. Two days before arrival, we got an email from Guido saying he head been trying to contact us (no record of that), that there was a mistake and they had no availability,...

Quite impressed at the rooms. The breakfast was not reaching Peru level, apart from some fruits, cold ham and cheese that was mainly it. Exchange rate not ok - as per Peru hotel standards. Still, recommended!

This hotel was generally very good, but there are a few points that left a sour taste in the mouth. Maybe we were just unlucky, but I have listed all of the good points we loved as well as the bad so you can make your own mind up. THE GOOD - Good Location - a very short walk from...

This boutique hotel is a little pricey by Peru standards but clean, extremely charming and quiet. It has an inner courtyard with benches, a bench swing and trees and flowers. We spent some restful time there, soaking up the winter sun (Cusco is very cold in the winter) while soothing our various aches and pains. The rooms vary in size...

We had a fine experience at tambo del Arriero Hotel in Cusco. The facility is charming, the staff is helpful. I recommend this hotel. They arranged to pick us up at the airport, so we didn't have to worry about finding a reliable taxi at the airport. Their breakfasts were included, and tasty. They have a restaurant, at which we...

We stayed twice at this boutique hotel during our recent vacation; before and after our visit to Machu Picchu. Our first two nights were on room 101, very spacious room but it is on the first courtyard, right next to the stairs and main entrance, so it can get a bit noisy. The second stay was on room 208, beautiful...

When we arrived in Cusco, we were told that there was a problem with the hotel we had booked and that they were putting us up in a different hotel for the night. I went along with it, but was upset/nervous on the inside. I never book a hotel without reading tons of reviews. I had no idea what was...

Beautiful old hotel with clean, simple rooms and a friendly staff. We felt well cared for here, enjoyed the excellent breakfasts, and already booked a room for a return trip. There was plenty of hot water. Our rooms were cleaned daily and left beautiful. They stored a bag for us during our Inca Trail trip at no cost and they...
