we stayed at san francisco hotel 2 nights during a tour in the valle sagrado. The ambience is striking and the personnel nice. We had our clothes washed in 24 hours almost for free. Breakfast was acceptable considering where you are. the wifi was slow and the rooms not that quiet. Avoid low floors. The location is great, just a...

The hotel is nicely decorated and its location is good. The 10 minute walk downhill to the main Plaza is easy it's the walk back up hill that hurts! Breakfast was average but fairly typical of our experience in other hotels in Peru. There was always plenty of fresh fruit and juices which were lovely. However the hot option was...

Clean, quiet and comfortable. The Location of the hotel is excellent. The only thing my daughter and I did not find time to ask them how to turn on the shower. I would recommend this hotel to anybody interested in the future.

Nice hotel, quite close to the center of the city. Rooms I experienced were clean and with all accessories. Wi-Fi works but there are two different connections and depending on the floor where you are one could work better than the other😏. Breakfast good with choice of local fruit and juices. I also tried the restaurant for dinner: very good....

This is a nice, but slightly quirky hotel. Our first night was in a two story room with a scary stairs. The first floor contained the bathroom and sitting area. There was no door on the bathroom. The second room was on one floor with two queen beds in separate rooms, no doors between. There were no chairs at all...

I stayed at the San Francisco Plaza Hotel as part of my trip to explore Machu Picchu. To be completely honest, I had extremely low expectations given the cost of my stay. I was not expecting the great service or clean, large room. I went with two other friends, so we got a triple occupancy room. I expected two beds,...

I've stayed 3 nights at the San Francisco plaza.. At first, hotel is nice but when at the details, there's a lot of thing that needed to be fixed. I've been lucky because they upgrade me and give me a suite: large bathroom with an Italian shower and a jacuzzi ( you'll have to spend 40$ if you want to...

So we stayed at 5 hotels in Peru (and 1 Airbnb). 4 of the 5 had windows looking out into the interior of the hotel. Either to an inside courtyard area or the lobby. Gazing out over the heads of tourists eating breakfast from the comfort of your bed must be a luxury for some people, but it was totally...
