We had booked into another hotel in Cusco which was dirty and totally unsuitable. We were so so lucky to have found this place and they had a room for 4 nights available. Elizabeth was fabulous. She organised taxis when needed and a driver to take us out to visit various Inca sites and negotiated a great price with him.Our room... More

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were a bit chilly, even with the space heater provided which is why I'm leaving 4 stars instead of 5. The staff was helpful in providing extra blankets. Hotels.com says that the rooms have a private balcony which is inaccurate but the rooms were spacious and clean.

I would return to this hotel if I go back to Cusco. The room was very good, with and excellente bed and shower, good facilities, good internet, and the hotel has an excellent location, just 10 meters from Plaza de Armas. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, with bread, butter and jam, different types of tea and... More

The service here is above excellent. They picked us up at the airport for 15 soles, helped us arrange trips, gave us extra pillows, and more. Showers are hot; rooms are clean; beds are comfortable; breakfast is basic but good (eggs, coffee, granola, yogurt, juice, fruit, bread, jam) and the staff is attentive. The location is great as it's right... More

My family visited Cusco in March and stayed at this awesome hotel. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean. There was plenty of hot water and great water pressure in the showers. The entrance to the hotel and Starbucks are right next to each other in the courtyard; very convenient! Like many hotels in Peru, the wifi... More

I stayed here for two nights prior to joining the Inca trail. When I arrived, I was surprised to see a 'hostel' sign. Worry not, I wasn't stuffed into a dorm with sweaty travellers! The room was very big. The bathroom was clean. TV was a bit small, but who stays in watching telly? The staff are lovely. So friendly.... More

We stayed at this hotel for a few nights before and after the Inca Trail. Located at the Plaza de Armas, it is incredibly convenient. Plus it has clean spacious rooms, with large and warm showers! There is excellent wifi, delicious breakfast and friendly and helpful staff.

We stayed here with a group of 11 of us and it was perfect. We are right off the square main plaza and all the good resturants. When we went to Machu Picchu early they prepared box breakfast for us. All breakfast were good, the people were lovely, beds were warm, and all were so accomidating. Most of the adults... More

That's about the only redeeming feature - you walk out the downstairs entrance and turn into the Plaza de Armas where it is all happening! I will try not to be too cruel. This hotel is very clean and the reception staff try to be helpful. They are young women who seem to have absolutely no idea on hospitality unfortunately.... More
