    The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are spectacular but the service is the best I have ever had! Better than the Ritz Carlton! I stayed in all 5 star hotels during my trip to Peru and this was was by far the best.

    No idea - our room was at opposite end on 2 no floor. I would email the hotel.

    Absolutely they can. The airport is very close ,actually in town for now. The hotel will tell you the cost when you book. Worth doing it through them. They will greet you at baggage claim.

    Unless you are fully acclimatized to the altitude walking will be more than enough of a work out.
