The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, but what really makes it is the staff, who go out of their way to help you out and navigate any difficulties or obstacles. The associates were very helpful in helping us track down our lost luggage, handling aggressive cab drivers, and providing directions to harder-to-find places. They even gave us ice and...

Stayed here for 6 nights, and payed 45 USD pr night included breakfast. The staff were so welcoming and helpful, called for taxis, did laundry and stored our luggage one night when we went to Macchupicchu. The room was very clean! Sometimes a bit hard to adjust the heat in the shower, but always warm water. Breakfast was good. The...

Great hotel in Cuzco at a reasonable price. Rooms were smaller but colorfully decorated, clean and comfortable. The front desk associates were extremely helpful and nice giving great dinner recommendations. Breakfast was good and the attendant was very hospitable. About a 15 minute walk to Plaza De Armas or a 5 soles ($1.60) can ride. Really enjoyed our stay!

The place itself is very cute and in a nice section away from the maddness but easily within walking distance. We had a room on the first floor which made it noisy as night shift did things. That coupled with an uncomfortable bed made it not the best sleeping experience. The staff however was wonderful and very helpful in every...

Everything about the hotel was great, very nicely decorated, excellent desk service, they were very helpful, and fresh breakfast. Comfortable bed and working heater. It wasn't really far from the city centre (15 minutes walk) in a safe location and good views (if you are lucky to get a room facing part of the city). and very close to the...

We were very happy with our stay at Wifala. The rooms were clean and modern and the shower was great! There was a wonderful breakfast in the morning and all staff were extremely helpful and friendly. It was a bit chilly at night and the heater did not seem to work.

Check in was great. The woman at the counter was very friendly and helpful offering plenty of information and speaking good enough English to communicate. And the breakfast was pretty good and server was wonderful! We had laundry to do so we dropped it off around noon on our first day. She said it would be returned the next afternoon....

My husband and I spent our first days in Cusco at the Wifala Hotel. The service by the staff was outstanding, Carmen at the front desk and Wilbur at the morning breakfast. The breakfast was fresh and very good. The downside was the location is far from the main square and the rooms small.

This is a wonderful small hotel in Cusco. Interacting with the staff is a pleasure, and they go above snd beyond in taking care of guests. Rooms and bathrooms are compact, but very pleasant. Rooms are decorated in local style. Highly recommeded!

This hotel is a S/.5 taxi ride away from the Plaza de Armas (close to nothing). This means it is QUIET at night. The staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and efficient (we didn't have much time in Cusco, and tried to see as much as possible). Muchas gracias Monica (y a tu equipo) por...
