This hotel was hard to find even for our taxi driver. It is located in a bad neighborhood far from anything you would want to see in Cusco. Our room was dirty, the bed was very uncomfortable. The room was no more thematic then any other room we stayed at in Peru. You could hear the wild dogs and people...

The hotel is nice. Has nice rooms although they are not really big. Everything is very clean. Breakfast is minimal but fine. Staff, especially at night is not capable of fix unusual problems. Day shift was more knowledgeable. Hotel is not located close to the city square (almost no taxi driver knew where it is when I wanted to drive...

My wife and I stayed here for two nights, one before traveling to Machu Picchu and one after our visit. The staff from the hotel is very nice and helpful if you ask for directions or general information. The rooms are very nice and clean. breakfast is included but don't expect a big one. After asking one of the girls...

This hotel was amazing!! Everyone is so kind and helpful, there's delicious breakfast in the mornings too!! They are courteous and always get a taxi for you anywhere you need to go. It's a little bit off from the plaza de armas but I love how quiet and nice it is, they clean the rooms while the guests are out...

I searched online trying to find a place to stay when my wife and I went to visit machu picchu. most accommodations in cusco appeared to be hostels, with either shared sleeping quarters, or at least shared bathrooms. my wife would have none of that. This is how we came across the Wifala Thematic Hotel. . I noticed it wasn't...

The rooms were clean, bright, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was hot and served individually. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was just minutes walking distance from the central plazas and from spectacular vistas of the city. We stayed for two days but felt like part of a family when we left. We will definitely return! Thank you...

We stayed here for a little over a week and had a very nice time here. The rooms are comfortable (though a little bit small), with great showers with hot water! Breakfast was good, bread + butter + jam, juice, coffee and a varying warm dish. The staff was friendly and always willing to help with calling taxis or helping...

Compact rooms each with its own bright cool mural, reliable WiFi, good price w breakfast included, friendly staff, laundry and luggage storage options, hotel is just on the outskirts of the main area, only 15-20 walk from Plaza de Armas or very short cab ride. We ended up staying 6 nights in total before and after the Inca trail.

Decent place for the price. Little distance from town's main tourist areas and sites, about 20 minute walk. Friendly staff tried very hard to accommodate my bad Spanish :) Only issue I encountered was lack of water one night, which they could not fix until the following morning, so no shower that night which was a bit disappointing obviously.

Initially booked 2 nights but based on the service, we decided to return after visiting Puno and again after doing the Inca Trail. Each room is uniquely decorated and are reasonably sized for the price. Bathrooms are a little small but certainly adequate, with new shampoo and soap supplied each day. Hot water always available in the shower. Breakfast consisted...
