Holiday transit destination to / from Macchu Picchu. The property was very well maintained and was an up-date of an old property of one of the senior Conquistadores. The courtyard where we could eat was pleasantly peaceful. The colonial rooms were very spacious.

Grate place to stay in Cusco. The staff is very good. Breakfast is also very good. We had difficulties with the Andea Explorer train cancellation. The manager at Cusco Novetel helped us maintain the 3 rooms we had booked for the extra days. Thank you to all of the staff for a great stay.

Didn't stay at Novotel, but I had dinner at their restaurant and it was incredible. The place is very nice, perfect for a romantic dinner. Food was awesome too, we ordered the Malaya and the Shrimp Fettuccine and both dishes were outstanding. They also have 2x1 in certain drinks everyday ;) Prices are more than fine (about $40 for two...

I was travelling on a small group holiday with a single occupancy room. You get a big surprise as you walk in the door as it opens on to a wide spacious lounge with lots of comfortable chairs. Your luggage is swiftly taken to your room and done with a smile! My room was a lovely double - clean and...

Great place to stay if you are planning a visit to the seven wonder of the world. Breakfast was delicious a bit pricy but worth it. Staff was very helpful and attentive. I was sick with elevation and staff was great with bringing up tea. Location is great and you can walk to the center/ Plaza. Was there for four...

This is a comfortable, functional hotel in an excellent location, just a few steps away from the main square, with restaurants, shops and major attractions very close. We had a standard room and it was fine. It was large enough for the two of us, everything was very clean and the furnishings were comfortable. The bathroom was nice and bright....

This hotel is located in a very convenient location in cusco, walking distance to the main square. This hotel had clean, comfortable and large rooms. The buffet breakfeast was delicious with a good tasty variety of food. Service was great always with a smile. I love the historic character of this hotel. Can't go wrong staying here. We actually stayed...

Regulars in Accor hotels know pretty well what the descriptions of the brands are and this one is clearly no Novotel, business-oriented midscale kind of hotel. An MGallery would be been more adequate or even a Mercure! And when one compares it to excellent Novotel Lima, where I was before and whose review can be read here, the distinctions are...

The location of this hotel is great, being 10 minutes walk from central attractions, restaurants and bars. It also has an old courtyard, much in keeping with a lot of hotels in Cuzco and the breakfasts were good (we didn't try any other meals). The staff were very helpful and courteous. However, whilst the main courtyard has character as from...

Comfortable hotel with courtesy staff and a good breakfast . Convenient location near the main square in Cusco. Complementary Coco tea in lobby, good appetizers in bar and a comfortable room. I stayed in both the Colonial section with a larger room and a more charming decor, but the contemporary section is also very comfortable.
