We just returned last week from Cusco. We stayed at this hotel Sept 2012 pre-trek & post-trek Machu Picchu. We had reserved 2 rooms with 2 queen beds in each & both the times we did not get rooms as per the reservation. The hotel staff is very friendly but they did not make an effort to get the rooms...

We loved our stay at this property. After having experienced another equally pleasant experience in sacred valley, this was our second stay at the sonesta chain of hotels. We were lucky to get the top floor room with a nice view of the cathedral and the plaza. The room was good size and the front desk was super efficient in...

Location is very good, about two blocks away from Plaza de Armas. Stayed in room 213 which was small and faced a wall and the bathroom window of an adjoining room. Front desk said that they put us there so that it would not be noisy having checked in on a Saturday and there were going to be parties and...

Stayed here 3 nights. Staff was very helpful in all ways. Coca tea readily available in the lobby! Room was small and no view. Bathroom has been updated with travertine. Setting is nice with big courtyard and they are doing some remodeling right now so some noise if you aren't up early! Restaurant was cold in the mornings. Nice breakfast...

I spent 3 nights there. First of all, the staff is very pleasant and attentive, specially with people that arrive with the altitude issue. There is free coca tea in the lobby. My room was not big, just enough and with no views. Minibar stuff very overpriced but you have a minimarket just across the hotel that also accepts USD...

We spent six nights in this hotel. Location is great, a little noisy as it is located in the center of town. However we enjoyed it. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We liked that they have a security gurad at the door. Would definitely stay here again.

I spent three nights here with my mother and we really enjoyed our stay. The room was a bit small, but that didn't take away from the comfort or amenities. The location was great for our visit to the Inti Raymi and it's proximity to Ave. del Sol made the stay that much more enjoyable. As for the staff, they...

We spent four nights here inMay and really liked everything. Location was great and staff very helpful. Breakfast included and very good. Front desk could not read my handwriting and thought it was my birthday. They wanted to give me a special present! Very nice touch. We would definitely stay here again.

Claudia the receptionist went out of her way to unsort Condor Travel's error. She really mad the effort to make our trip pleasant. Other staff were also very polite and helpful. Great Location in the middle of the city. Kinda of a smallish room....
