The place is really well located at the plaza de armas, but it is rather noisy, specially at night. When you go out at night there is no doorbell to ring, and sometimes it takes a while for the doorman to open it (which isn't particularlly good when its cold outside). The breakfast is fare. I thought it was a...

Brilliant location just feet from the main square! Lovely stay at this hotel with incredibly friendly staff. Breakfast in the morning is basic but exactly what you need. Rooms are quite basic but comfy enough! Can't complain about anything! Thank you for a lovely stay!!

It's very well located though the rooms are quite small. In terms of quantity of rooms it's a boutique hotel but service is not that personalized. Website mention safety box and heating. None of these was present at arrival but I asked for it and no problem. Staff is very kind

The overall service was great, friendly and cordial. Rooms were cleaned and well ventilated. No odor noted...Location was OUTSTANDING! Starbucks on 2nd floor!!! Free hot buffet breakfast included in your stay. We loved it! Family of 5. Highly recommended. Loved the 4 beds in our room....in the center of everything...I wish it had an elevator tho...but overall WELL WORTH IT!!!

This accommodation has a great location, right beside Cusco main square, built over inca ruins and a colonial Spanish mansion. very friendly staff (Carmen during breakfast time, e.g.). Rooms are very clean and comfortable. A great value!

The location is great - right in the center of town in the Plaza de Armas. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were able to store our luggage here while we did the Inca Trail. The rooms, however, are lacking in comfort. The beds are very hard. Of the 5 nights we stayed, only 1 night had enough...

The only thing that is really great about this hotel is the location. Staff are nice, breakfast ok, but the rooms are not even close from the Booking.com photos. It looks more like a hostel.A nice hostel. As soon as we checked in they put us in a very old room.We had to ask the staff to switch rooms. So when...

After reviewing a few other reviews I was skeptical. I was wrong to be. Super comfortable, literally in the middle of the town square, they will do your laundry, recommend restaraunts, provide free delicious local teas, yummy breakfast (not continental) and pleasant atmosphere. It's not the Ritz Carlton so set your expectations appropriately for Cusco, Peru. This is NO hostel....
