Best hotel in Peru by miles. Fantastic rooms. Excellent staff. Really good food. When our bus to Bolivia was cancelled (at 2am), they let us in without a booking, and put us in a taxi round to their other hotel which had space. Stay here!!

I knew this would be my favourite hotel long before I even got here just based on the premise behind this place but once we arrived it was a bonus to find that it's actually a gorgeous hotel with lovely airy and clean and stylishly decorated rooms. A woman named Jolanda was so overcome by the plight of the street...

This was an excellent hotel in a quiet part of Cuzco not far from the Plaza de Armes and good restaurants. My wife and I stayed here for a few days using it as a base to go to Machu Picche and Puerto Maldonado in Amazonia. This hotel is beautifully appointed in a tasteful Spanish style (the usual door in...

I booked this hotel based on a recommendation by a friend who had visited two years prior. He had nothing negative to report, and once he explained the philanthropic nature of the hotel, I booked it immediately. We went to Peru in August to hike the Inca Trail. Ninos Hotel accommodates hikers regularly, and is set up to store luggage...

Ninos 1 (there are 2) We stayed two nights at this hotel once before machu picchu and once after and we were given the same room. The location is a walk from the square and as you arrive you may wonder if you are in the right place but when you get inside you will be pleasantly surprised - shabbychic...

This was the last stop on our Peru adventure, and I was very surprised by how much we got for so little (I don't think we payed more than $50) and it all went to charity. I loved the courtyard! Perfect place to take in the afternoon sun, have some tea and catch up w the outside would on the...

I wanted to like this place, I really did. There were some good points to this hotel: I think the hotel is for a very good cause....the decor is minimal and chic...the room was huge...the building is old and cool......it was clean and had a lovely bright outside seating...and, breakfast was plentiful and delicious (though not included in the price...

Initally I was inspired by the fact that staying at this hotel would help some orphans in Cuzco. two-in-one, I thought why not? Let me tell you, this place has a quiet sophistication and thoughtfulness to it. It is more like a 250-in-one hotel! I loved the hand-tailored decor, the greenery, the homemade bread and elderberry jam, the fact there...

Stayed here in Sept 2011. Location is decent, though it is a 5 min walk from the main plaza. Not a bad walk, but late at night it might be a bit sketchy. Room was clean, shower had hot water and it drained. Room was cold, but they were happy to provide another heater for us. Service was very polite...
